sonicflowjoe I have been on 7 flights so far this year (only 2 of them for pleasure, unfortunately) and have had no problems with any of my "home brew" juices in small bottles in plastic bag in hand baggage. When I have hold baggage, the juices all go in a plastic box in the hold. I even have an on the go clearo full in my carry on plastic bag. No problems in UK, India, Spain, Italy or Holland. Cheers lairey i thought you weren't supposed to have any liquids in your hold luggage? Nice to know you've not had any problems with homemade juice though

Thanks izan i'll bear that in mind. Nice to know there's a fellow aaec member no too far away if i have any difficulties. I've mixed up 30 mls each of PA Toasted Almond, PA White Chocolate, and M&P's Tobacco Haze to take. Just having a nice little bit of steep time now. Should be more than enough to keep us going but no doubt i'll take other bits n bobs of juice also. We're going to 'el aranel' i think... or something like that. Think it's quite near Palma or possibly part of it. Do you need any supplies bringing over?

super super super sonicflowjoe and congratulations - am sure your wife will be fine - maybe she wants a bit higher nicotine - then she might not need the patches at all Thanks Clivia. She was on the 36mg which i got for her in an attempt to wean her off the fags but when she put some patches on and actually stopped smoking she found it too strong and is on 24mg now which is what i have usually too. I'll have the 36mg on hand though for when she takes the patches off...

Last May I made the switch to vaping. I can't remember the exact date but I'm claiming today as my first vapeversary! (Seems fair enough since we're slap bang in the middle of May). One of the best things I've done and feel a lot healthier for it. As does my wallet since I've managed to avoid the full on shinyitus bug. Mixing my own juice and rebuilding coil heads now. Feels good to be getting quite self sufficient with it. Also my wife quit the stinkies a few weeks ago which is great as she was a pretty serious smoker. Just hope she can stick with the vaping oncce she comes off the patches (I never needed them, vaping was enough for me). Cheers all

my location is your destination.Cheers I Aha I see, indeed it is a small world then... is there many vape shops over there? Because if by some cruel twist of fate we did get our liquids confiscated we'd be able to get some over there in that case.

Small world... Follow the airline rules about liquids. 1ltr max liquids in bottles no larger than 100ml and contained in a 1 ltr clear plastic zipper bag. If you keep your DIY in plain bottles, it looks like shampoo or bath oil along with the other liquids/gels in the clear bag. Don't give it another thought ! Safe travels Welcome and enjoy. Izan Thanks, that's pretty much how I saw it. Think i've set the OH's mind at rest a bit though as told her about your reply. Why you say small world?

I want to get into.mixing my own at sompoint, far cheaper and from what I'm told can be far better tasting Yes I'd definitely recommend you give it a try. I bypassed the worst of the shinyitus (still happy enough with a vv ego and basic clearos after a year) and went on to mixing my own after 6 months or so. Bit hit and miss at times but worth it when you crack it. I'm reasonably self sufficient with my vaping now as rebuilding my own heads as well.

I recently got one of the pyrex ones from FT but in the amber colour. Was a bit disappointed with it. Was hoping it would fit nice in my mini davide but it wobbled like jelly. Might find a use for it yet though as i liked the feel of it in my lips.

Does anyone know where I can pick up Hangsen juice for the best price in the UK? I found a site before doing 30ml bottles for 6.99 which seems a great price to me. Can't remember what the site was called now. Lost my place at the PC lol. My mrs is paranoid about customs taking away my homebrew juice when we go on holiday in a week or so. Hence why I was going to get some shop bought stuff as backup to appease her... What countries "Customs" are you concerned about? Where are you going? Have fun I Going to Majorca. I think I used the wrong word when I said 'customs' just meant the security / border control or whatever you want to call it at both ends. Went to Fuerteventura last November though and had no problems taking juice through. I'd even taken the labels off so no stickers saying poison etc.

Cheers I'll definitely check out those sites when I get chance. £1.50 for 10ml sounds a great deal. I quite. Like the Hangsen flavours I've tried so far - RY4, RY6, Highway, Watermelon. The hazelnut was a bit manky after a while though, lol. Cool that you can get RY6 as the mrs likes that one.
Are they definitely genuine Hangsen as I hadn't noticed any of the ones I've had lacking overly in the taste department.

Some tobacco flavours are lush. Ry4 and 555 for example. Don't be put off by people dissing baccy flavours as some are really nice and don't taste like a dirty ashtray lol

I think to a certain degree the vapour production may be down to the type of concentrate (and percentage) used to make the juice. I'm not an expert so can't confirm this. Is this the case anyone?

Thanks for the replies markm and sloppyvape. I'm now aware of the exaggeration that goes on with these sort of batteries. Just want a half decent 700 mah one that does what it says on the tin... I've come across torchie before and will pick up a pair from him if nobody has one that they're not using. Really I just need the one though for now. Anyone have one they can spare? I'll whip a little cash over this evening...
