i have honestly not been desperate once.
today at work i only used the ecig for about 30 puffs,i really couldnt be bothered to keep going outside and it wasnt bothering me,i did have a good vape on the way home though.

mrs raggy is as of midday today on 48hrs,she is stressed to hell,eating to much,snappy generally not having a good time of it.
ive told her (dont know if im right but its how i did it) is to go heavy on the ecigs and get plenty of nicotine into you.
we have for the past 8 years gone outside and smoked there,and she still wants to do that but i dont,to me thats part of what you have to break.
hopefully she will cope.

chrissie please feel free to move this post to its own thread as more comments may detract from what this thread is all about.
maybe a thread called HOW YOU COPED would useful to people.

Tis 48 days today since my last 'real' fag and I don't miss 'em one bit. One annoyance is that I have five x 50g packs of Erinmore Mixture unopened, together with 10 x boxes of 100 Concept tubes into which, yes really, I used to stuff it! Tis amazing I'm still breathing!
