The South West Trains - Network Rail Alliance Passenger Forum will be held at Waterloo station in London tomorrow, between 7am and 7pm. If you disagree with South West Train's vaping policy and you are passing through Waterloo tomorrow this forum presents a good opportunity to discuss it with them. "Managers from across the business will be on hand....." They should probably be made aware of the Royal College of Physicians' report ( Nicotine without smoke: Tobacco harm reduction): doctors have endorsed vaping and this South West Train policy works against medical and public health opinion and penalises both vapers and smokers. Screenshot of the Forum page: And this is their smoking policy: "Smoking For the comfort of all our customers, smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted on any part of our trains or stations. You can smoke outside the station entrance or in our car parks."

I am being optimistic - I'm camera shy and hoping I didn't make the final cut I didn't say that not making the final cut was a bad thing - just commented that it looked possible. I completely agree that replacing us with more pro stuff would be an excellent outcome. I was being tongue in cheek, but no need for you to be camera shy you came across well IMO. Sorry for being dim!

The bit we did isn't mentioned in the summary which Postmodern Smoking posted above. Maybe we didn't make the final cut (!) Edit - maybe it is covered with "What is actually in them?" Where's your optimism, oh you spend a large part of everyday working on vaping advocacy and probably read more negative BS than any human should have to deal with. It would be good if they found some even more pro stuff (RCS report) and replaced it with that, I still think it will be positive, because they were open and objective. Emailed to ask if caravan was allowed but not had a reply. Would have to leave Sunday ad working on Monday. The Vape Collective Facebook group is really buzzing at the moment - if you use Facebook you could ask on there - if not then someone else could on your behalf (eg me)

How strange Jess, I think it's a great service that you provide all of us, and in our interests to keep on top of the relevant news! Hope "The others" don't put you off! jessica Not at all - all the forums are appreciative, just not possibly quite as much as on here Anything you do day in day out can feel like a thankless task.... I like posting In the New though because it's such a good resource - and I especially like posting it on here because you all notice it - and tell me when I've posted a rubbish link
