Hi everyone - you really are a helpful, friendly bunch! thank you for all your suggestions They are not a 5 press button - they worked ok for 4 days before with 1 press. Noted, will keep a check on the fluid so it doesn't dry out. I have charged the remaining battery overnight and is working ok at the moment. Now do I wait for light to flash to charge it tonight and do I charge it for maximum 3 hours? p.s. I hate the x-factor but love big brother!!

On the riva you just press the button in to take a drag.
OK Chrissie the one I have left now I will charge tonight and see how it goes.

Hi tyefighter but I have 2 kits - should I send them both back and ask for a new one? I think the suppliers have had enough of me.

I'm sorry I'm just so confused by it all - I didn't know the atties could damage the batteries :-[ and should'nt change them around.

Hi river
they are atties with cartons(?) that you fill. I didn't attach the carton to the new atties - just pressed the button and it started flashing.

Hi thanks for replying.
I suppose I'm holding the button for the same length of time as you but I think my lungs are so bad that I cannot take deep breaths!! But the suppliers did send 2 new atomisers that I just attached and the blue light was flashing.
The expensive bit is that I ordered a kit, waited 2 weeks and it never arrived so they sent another one out and then the original turned up saturday which I posted back to them, now I will probably have two more kits to send back!
I'm in Essex and no jokes I'm originally from London!!

Hi there everyone I have calmed down a bit from this morning - was so upset. Thank you kind people for your suggestions. No I have tried screwing the atomisers tight and looser. Have 2 chargers - tried both so I don't know whether it's the batteries or not (all 3 of them!). I'm on the 2nd battery of the 2nd kit so waiting for that one to fail so will send them all back but I'm embarrassed because I have spoken to them on the phone so many times and they will think I'm stupid or pulling a fast one. :-[Not sure if I will reorder another kit elsewhere - so disappointed with it all. It is so expensive this vaping business!! Good luck other newbies - you have no excuse to give up vaping!!

Hi everyone! Please can you help me? I have purchased a Riva 510 starter set and was quite happy vaping. 4 days later the battery blue light started flashing when pressed with the atomiser attached (blue light fine with nothing attached) thought it was the battery needed charging, so plugged it in to charge it even though had a green light straight away. 8 hours later no difference - same problem with other battery. Contacted supplier they said it was the atomiser so sent 2 new ones but they flashed as well. Complained again and they sent me another starter kit, same problem as before after 4 days. I have cleaned the batteries using a cotton bud but no difference. > What am I doing wrong? am I holding the button in too long because I like to take two drags to get a better hit. I am so disillusioned by it all and have been smoking even more because of the stress of it all. I kept thinking I have bought my last packet of analogues after 35 years. I just don't know what to do - send everything back and ask for a refund and try elsewhere (but am so worried I am going to have problems again) or just stay on analogues. Please help me am in tears here.
