Does the shipping method actually make a difference? My last one from heavens gifts came by donkey cart , I'm sure of it. It took two a half months, ordered October arrived last week and I did choose the fastest shipping method there was. Roughly $90, no tax or customs though. My son was asking where to get a tank (or two) just before Christmas so I told him about the FT 15% offer, he ordered on Christmas day and they arrived (no customs charge) on 4th Jan He is over the moon, but I'd better let him know of the latest problems

I haven't tested mine for a few months so I thought I'd see if it had improved..... NOT It is obviously my end that's the problem, did the same test against a server in Brisbane Slower ping (expected) but the rest is remarkably similar

Ethernet card arrived this afternoon, fitted and working fine after I had to manually search for drivers, As windows 10 didn't recognise it at first. And it's fast. It's connected to my Virgin router hub and I measured 221 Mb/s download and 12.44 Mb/s upload with Speedtest. Result Best I can get is 4Mb download I dont have a problem with equipment, it's just that it's all on overhead cables and I'm the last one on the line, one of the problems with being in the sticks in Cornwall

I got 2 FT packages today ... Both over 20 dollars and no charge. Let's hope Get Off My Cloud 's experience is a rare one. Even my post office said it's the first they've seen from China

I'm struggling to track my package Followed the help post in China shopping forum but no good Have you tried the link to 'view your order online' in the dispatch email? If you click on the tracking number from the page it takes you to, you should end up at 17track and be sorted. or at least you will be after you've clicked the translate button

I was carded this morning, £11.23 customs payment due (this includes an £8 handling fee)
It's the handling fee that I really object to, £8 to collect £3.23 nice business if you're con artists.
That is for a Dripbox2 and some subtank coils

Looking at your original question sydsut I have yet to find anything to touch Gigabyte for quality in their price bracket, they are my 'go to' choice. Like you I had my 'onestop shop' in my case Ebuyer, and before that I was a regular at the local computer fairs (feeling old now), Ebuyer seem to have increased their prices to become more mainstream but I still trust their service

bioxx as with anything else you can only get suggestions, just as no 2 people are the same no 2 cats are either. It is generally assumed that Ragdolls are the cuddliest and will never want to venture outside, and whilst that may be true in general it isn't guaranteed. We have a customer who keeps horses, dogs and a Ragdoll, now THIS ragdoll hasn't read the user manual, it thinks it is a dog and goes for walks with them, it also tries to follow them when they go riding. So listen to recommendations BUT your cat may be different to others of the same breed.

I was looking at those too, but even at flash sale/FT discount prices they are a bit more than I intend to spend, I have a Dripbox 2 on it's way as a cheaper alternative, I'm still trying to find a squonk that really suits me.

Jings, two men in the same hole ! ! ! Be careful now, that could carry a jail sentence. No it will not.
Each of us would only have Half a Hole.
Have you ever seen Half a Hole?
Perhaps this is the person you were thinking of

Obviously things have changed then (or they're not bothering to check) I had 2x Pico's cancelled as did numerous other members here and the story from Gearbest is that they are not allowed to ship various (inc Eleaf) products to UK, mostly to do with TW who have sole rights.
I'll try to find the earlier threads and link them later

Ordered as such a good price. Maybe a second mod if I can find another bargain. Expect it to be cancelled and then fight for a refund, Gearbest wont ship eleaf stuff to the UK
