IMO if you need to change a lot of batteries quickly it is far get multiple 2 bay 2 A chargers, I have 3 XTar SP2s and can charge 6 25Rs in 90 mins or 6 VTC4s in 70 mins, 4 and 6 bay chargers will slow you down because of low currents when using all the bays. They are a potential single point of failure, with 3 2 bay charger if one breaks I can still charge 4 25Rs every 90 mins. Totally agree, I wish I'd bought 2x Nitecore D2's rather than a D4 because I only ever charge 2 at a time, it takes too long to charge 4 at once

But there were new products on their site, and some promotions too. As an experiment I checked and found that I had some unused loyalty points, so I grabbed 3 drippers (not expecting anything to happen), well one of them has been shipped, so there is someone working there still

Q as Perpetua has pointed out, we do have a dilemma here. As ShenRay is wholesale, we can not give Doris vendor status. On the other hand, as she has joined via a ShenRay email addie & linked to their website in her profile, we can also not change her status to that of an ordinary member. Ouch!! I can see the predicament, there is of course a possible solution, quote from Facebook.

I am VERY concerned by the situation at Focalecig, more and more reports of poor (or non existant) customer service, No new products AT ALL in the past week, the weekly promotions (usually a dozen or so items) is down to one item (organic cotton).
It is looking very much like Doris was the driving force behind the company, now she has left there is no direction or purpose.
I would suggest that anyone thinking of ordering with them should wait or find alternative deals, this doesn't look good

We all used to, they HAD the best customer service in China, a girl called Jieyan, known as Doris, but she has left this week to work for ShenRay, personally without Doris looking after things I wouldn't order from them

450ml Q's Blues MkIIIa Had to create an 'a' version because partway through mixing I realised I didn't have all the concentrates I CANT buy any more.... I MUSTN'T buy anymore..... She is under the impression that her account on here belongs to Focalecig, I have told her that if she has access & changes the password she should keep the account. If she doesn't have access I have asked her to apply for a new account here, in my opinion Foclecig is far too important to lose. Hope that is OK Chrissie

I'm sure Foclecig wont mind me sharing this with her friends on here I'm sure you will all join me in wishing her the best of luck in her new job, I for one will NOT purchase anything from Focalecig again, and hope that Foclecig will continue to pop in here and chat with her friends. She is the only person that I trust in Chinese customer service, she has done amazing things for us in here and I would personally like to thank her for all her efforts.
