Just thought I'd post my experience with Focalecig..

I purchased a Mage atomiser in August...

After 1 month, the drip tip failed to screw down and falls off.. therefore leaving the tank open.

I sent an email to Support.. on 4th October...

They replied.. asking for a video clip to describe the problem, so I duly obliged...

I asked if they could send, the specific drip tip, along with the chimney.....as either the drip tip and the 
chimney plastic threads were worn.

These are the 2 parts.. 



They replied.. "Sorry can only send driptip"

My reply, "It may not be the driptip, it could be the chimney(top cap) .... if you only send
driptip,it still may not work...

35 days and 31 emails later... still no solution to this problem...

2 weeks ago , I was offered an $8 coupon code... I accepted.....

Guess what?

They cannot give me a coupon code, as Paypal is now not working....

To say, I'm frustrated with this company, is the understatement of the year..

Come back 'Doris' -- all is forgiven...


PS Looks as i am not the only one,having problems...

It is a most unsatisfactory situation for any customer to find themselves in.

My brother is also in the process of returning two (claimed?) "authentic" Aspire mini Nautilus RTA's..... the end caps were on that tight/badly threaded, that trying to open resulted in the glass shattering on both.

Finger's crossed that the problem is resolved swiftly and to satisfaction.
Sent at their request, yesterday, to somewhere in Germany.

I am VERY concerned by the situation at Focalecig, more and more reports of poor (or non existant) customer service, No new products AT ALL in the past week, the weekly promotions (usually a dozen or so items) is down to one item (organic cotton).

It is looking very much like Doris was the driving force behind the company, now she has left there is no direction or purpose.

I would suggest that anyone thinking of ordering with them should wait or find alternative deals, this doesn't look good

I.don't recall the name but I got a email from them promoting a new site ecig something or other, it is possible they are allowing themselves to get to tied up with that.

Just looked on Focalecig's Facebook page...

All 'Visitor Posts' have been removed.......

milkkk  hasnt been online in this forum since October 19th...

Has anyone heard IF their Paypal facility is functioning again??

As an experiment I checked and found that I had some unused loyalty points, so I grabbed 3 drippers (not expecting anything to happen), well one of them has been shipped, so there is someone working there still

Interesting that my login name and password work on the new site. Looks as though they are going to migrate all details over. I wonder why?

It's most probably the drip cap that's worn or had its threading stripped as it's the softer material of the two. FT have genuine replacements

They were talking about a new site and asking for suggestions of a new name when the paypal problems first started to happen
