the button actua;;y looks better then that picture but have to it is bit flimsy tho, moves about. not a solid button. thats only cos i can find on this. other then the button bulit quality is really nice. very solid. Havnt looked inside yet.

i say service wise focal is good, in terms of prices its fattech and also the amount of choices they have. focal will pick up as its still kind of new. Ive seen few things popping up on focal couple of days earlier then fasttech. so they deffinatly becoming more competitive.

One of the best overseas supplier i come accross, fantastic customer service, thanks to Doris. Had issues but Doris dealt with it straight away. One of my package got lost but Focal refunded it unlike some other sites (Slowtech) who takes months and month to deal with enquries. Focal is best for overseas. 100 percent customer satisfaction. thanks again Doris.

well i think its absolutely outrageous Paypal can do that. i will not let this matter pass. another reason why i freakin hate paypal. they use to be good, but as they become bigger the shitter they become. so we might as well not use paypal in the future if they dont cover ecigs. 99% of my transactions are based on ecigs on paypal. cant believe they did that. im actually extremely pissed of about this.

Wow got a reply from PayPal relating to one of my disputes, basically saying we dont give a shit your package hasn't arrived. Can they do that?
" We have concluded our investigation into your Buyer Claim. We regret to
inform you that we were unable to resolve this case because the complaint
was incomplete, issued incorrectly or outside the bounds of coverage as
defined in our User Agreement. As a result, we have not taken any action at
this time. Please be assured that this case has been noted in the seller's
record for future reference"
