It's because we are on the ipad, it needs flash but if you want to you can go to the App Store download 'puffin' it's a new browser that allows you to use flash, you can make one then if you want to.

Try this from forum. Reset the RF Outlet Using your Sky Remote Control, Press the Services Button, The Options menu will appear onscreen. Using the right hand arrow key highlight Settings To access the Installer menu press the numbers 0,0,1 and select on your keypad Using the right hand arrow key highlight RF Out and press select Highlight the RF Outlet Power Supply and using the right hand arrow key turn this to OFF Press the Green button to save the settings Press the down arrow to re-highlight RF Outlet Power Supply and use the right arrow key to turn this back to ON Press the Green button to save the settings Press the Sky button to return to a viewing Channel Once the above has been completed, re-test the tv link. If this is unsuccessful and the power light on the TV Link does not appear the next stage should be completed.
2. Test the TV Link / Cabling
Using your Sky Remote Control Switch the Sky+ HD to standby by pressing the Standby button in the top right hand corner Disconnect the Sky+ HD from the mains electrical supply and any other connected devices (i.e. Television, DVD, Sound Systems) Ensure that there are no lights on the front panel of your Sky+HD box Carefully disconnect your TV Link from the cable connected to your secondary television From the back of your Sky+HD box carefully remove the cable from the RF Out 2 and directly connect your TV Link into the RF Out connection Reconnect your Sky+HD box and associated equipment to the electrical supply The amber/red standby light will appear on the front panel of your box. To allow the box to fully reload the box should remain in standby mode for 2 minutes prior to powering up Press the Sky button, the Green light will display on the front panel of your box If the red light appears on the TV Link then a replacement coaxial cable will be required to resolve the fault. If no red light appears on the TV Link when directly connected to the RF Outlet then the TV Link itself will require to be replaced. If you continue to experience problems after following the troubleshooting, then please get back to us, where we can assist further.
