I bought a 10ml premix Red Astaire today and have added around 5ml of my 9mg 50/50 nicotine base to dilute it as I found the standard mix too strong a flavour for me. What percentage would you suggest I start mixing the RA concentrate at when I start mixing my own? Presuming the pre-mix is done at 20%, adding 5ml to the original 10ml would reduce the mix to 13.333 Original mix has 2ml concentrate in 10ml. Your new mix has 2ml concentrate in 15ml. [2/15]*100 |

oops, nearly missed that. They should work on your battery. Perhaps the problem is there. Can you test it on something else to see if it's fully charged and working properly? |

Just got the nut pack - hazelnut, peanut, pistachio, pecan, almond & walnut. Added some peanut to a mix of Inawera Taboo tobacco. So far, so good. I have that pack and will begin testing mixes soon. Any tips you have on successful percentages etc for it would be appreciated. |

I'm currently working my way through some test mixes of CCW's Toffee-n-Coffee Pack. For what it's worth, these are my resulting %'s Coffee, Sticky Toffee Pudding @ 33% Cappuccino, Butterscotch @ 25% Caramel Toffee [haven't found a sweet spot yet, but maybe 40/50%  ] |

I'll do a proper review of this collection sometime in the future but, for now, here's what I think... The real success appears to be the butterscotch at this stage, but you want to know about these two... Cappuccino. The first thing I get from it is sweetness and I don't really like sweet. Underneath that there is good coffee taste trying to get out but much too little at the moment. Maybe with more time? There is some creaminess on the exhale and an interesting nutty aftertaste. The sweetness kills this for me at the moment, so I'm putting it back for another few weeks. Coffee. Now this is completely different to the above.The initial taste is of commercial coffee machines used here [egberts ?] in cafes. There is little sugar and no milk in this coffee. It needs either more time or a higher %. My feeling is this should steep for months. There's some promise here but it will take time to bring out. My impression is these concentrates are not for the impatient. impatient-smiley I can do patient...honest. May well buy the Cappuccino and coffee on their own and give them a try. I don't mind sweet vapes. Your description sounds a bit like the LT Cappuccino concentrate although for me that one isn't overly sweet. I just dropped back to let you know how it goes on. The cappuccino is getting there and losing the sharp sweetness I disliked so I think a bit more time is all that's needed. 25% appears just right, a quite decent vape. The coffee isn't coming on as quickly. Though the flavour is quite good, I think the mix is too weak and I will make a 33% mix. I think it'll take at least that to be usable, for me anyway. |

Some good advice in this thread. I started just to try vaping and had no intent to give up smoking. On the shelf beside me is 2,200 cigarettes I brought back from Spain untouched since last February and, I bet, they'll still be there next February. Unless..... Anybody want to buy some fags?   |
