it does not matter what juice I vape I cannot taste or smell it, it is so frustrating because it becomes damn boring and I start thinking about cigerettes which I can taste or I could two years ago. I've tried DOUBLE ESPRESSO, PIPE TOBACCO, THE STRONGEST TOBACCO etc but nothing works, I'm 77 and have started wondering if it's my age what's the problem (my taste buds fading). What in all you vapers do you suggest is the strongest tasting juice or is there an alternative way for me to start tasting again, is there anyone out there about my age and have the same problem, thanks everyone in anticipation. JamesRD.

nanotm, It will have to be another flavour of some kind, I can't stand the taste or smell of menthol even with my non existence of taste buds.
yes I have started to use the non air holes type of vaper and I'm not coughing so much. JamesRD

to everyone that replied, I thank you for your helpful advice, since cutting right down on subs and just using mods I have noticed I am not coughing as much, I am still using my two itaste mvps and I have had them nearly two years so I am going to stick with them, they are very reliable, my only problem I'm experiencing now is I am gradually losing my taste, I've tried about 25 different flavours and I can't taste any, is it my age, (I'm 77) any ideas on getting my taste back or is it too late JamesRD.

I want to apologise to everyone who tried to answer my problem as it's not only my old brain that needs seeing to it's also my eyes, I had another look at the batteries thinking are they duds when I discovered there was the thinnest of cellophane wrapped around them, I had just didn't see it previously, must get my eyes tested. So once again a big SORRY, JamesRD

received my Sigelie mini on Friday plus two batteries, put it on charge and after about 4 hours of charging I tried it and NOTHING, connected the USB to it and plugged it in pressed the power button and it worked, surely after 4 hours of charging it should be ready or am I doing something wrong, I'm a bit thick with mechanical things these days,(my old brain), I did try both batteries only to have the same result. please, please advise me as two of my itaste mvp are starting to lose their charge a lot quicker although I can't complain, I have them about 15 months. thanks in advance for your help, JamesRD.

thanks to all for your replies and helpful advice, to be honest I am going through a period where I am a bit down and depressed and perhaps having a ciggie was a mental reaction, Chrissie, I ordered the juice from Vapemate, I have got to assume it's the xmas period which is to blame for the delay, hopefully it will arrive tomorrow (Monday) Yes there are shops near by where they do sell cheap juices but each day I was thinking oh the juice will come today. I don't think I will dare try another fag as my wife told me just what she thought and it wasn't nice, it's true what they say, you never really get over them. Once again thanks for all your help. JamesRD.

after waiting for my juice to arrive which actually still hasn't arrived, (I ordered it nearly a week ago) I was climbing the wall so I had a ciggi from a pack of 10 I've had stored away for about 5/6 month and you know what? it tasted lovely, I could easy have finished it but I realised what would happen if I did so after just 3 draws I put it out and put it back in the packet, so really after vaping for 19 months I still love the taste and smell of a real cigarette, I really do. it's a while since I have checked to see who the new boy in town is, at present I have an eleaf, and two itastes, had them for about 6/8 months and have no real complaints but I was wondering if there is anything new which is even better or anything you good folk would recommend, my budget is £40. thank you, Jamesrd

went on myepack to order a Eleaf istick and was told they have stopped selling them, can you good folk advise me on an alternative or another vendor who sells them, I've had my istick about 5/6 month and had absolutely no problems at all so I would like another one, (better the devil you know than the one you don't) thanks, Jamesrd.
