Way it reads it does point to premade liquids, and as for rig moral of what will happen for flavoured juices prob easiest would be sell 10 ml base and what flavour shot would you like sir/madam not premixed allow to steep for x days lol it is pretty vague wether it inc nic,as you cant ADD it direct to ecig be a muppet if you did and it doesnt specify ,only points to juice,...... But from what i have read there is a way round it!!! if the above is definetly the case ,and will cost you £13!! according to few sites and online nic stores this does not affect them selling it to a trading Company, only over the counter[which nic is sort of sold online],so basic register a Trading Company on Company house dissolve it before a yr and then set another up..you can get as much as you want bypassing the TPD another thing that gets me is it is legal to sell 72mg by law ,could specify pg only and sold as bug killer for plants, what you do with it is really upto you,as you wont be using massive quantities in a yr and looks like being bought for bug spray! Someone will find a away round the self mix on law side Unfortunately the world is full of eejits and while its not probable, it is possible to fill a tank with 72mg nic base and toot on it, Hence the reason for peanuts carrying the warning may contain nuts, and cups of coffee stating contents may be hot etc.

Just catching up on this thread and the thing that sticks in my mind was all the hours of online video I watched on the lords debate and the supposed motion against the TPD with regards to ecigs and article 20. The thing that really stands out from that is the phrases "light touch" and "policed Italian style which was basically meant as, yes, its the law but we wont bother about enforcing it ...... I was sceptical at the time and remain so

For me its the Evic VTC mini - solid wee mod that brought firmware upgradability to the party in an affordable and easy to do manner. Must admit though, the pico looks nicer.
Edit
Scratch that - just realised it came out last year, time is my enemy

So, I take it that it's the vendor (eg Gearbest) that is applying the yellow sticker No, it's the intermediate destination country's postal service ie Netherlands post. The package goes via the Netherlands as opposed to going direct from China to the UK. Hope this helps Thanks, was just curious
