If I had known what I know now when I started, I would have saved all my recipes on e-liquid-recipes.com It has rapidly become the most popular and often-used calculator, not only in this country but globally.
You can save all your recipes there, privately if preferred, for future reference, and there are literally thousands of shared recipes too if you need inspiration. Once you start to get to grips with the process, you can save existing recipes in your own page and then adapt them according to your personal tastes. You can enter your concentrates into the 'My Stash' area, and find out what other recipes can be mixed with the concentrates you have.

Vapable - yes, quick, reliable and a good choice, but as Q mentions above, there is a much better selection at Chef's Vapours whose prices are comparable.

Lastly, you may want to start with a few 'one-shot' flavours, which are simple in as much as you use just what's in the bottle, usually mixed at around 15%, and just add your preference for PG and VG base and nicotine. If you keep reading the Mixology section in this forum, you will start to notice which concs everyone uses more than others, and you can buy accordingly.

I would say however, that you will be well advised to choose a couple of recipes that you like the sound of and then mix up small quantities of them first before commiting to a larger quantity. In that way you will start collecting concentrates, but rest assured that you will never have all the flavours you need when a new recipe comes to your attention!
