Basically steeping, the process needed to blend all of the ingredients together at a molecular level (thanks chykensa ) takes time. Some people subscribe to the tops off method, others tops on. Tops off may increase the duration of the steeping process slightly, but there is also the chance that this method could dilute your flavour.

If it were me, I would take the lid off, squeeze the air out of the bottle gently, making sure not to squeeze any juice out of the top, put the lid back on, give it a good shake and stick it at the back of a cupboard for a week or two.

Vapewise, I would load up everything you've got and CONSCIOUSLY vape that whenever you feel like it, wherever you want to vape it.

If YOU consciously think "I'm not going to smoke at all" it is easier to treat every ciggie NOT had as a victory for YOU.

If your parents say anything critical, just say "yes I agree" or "yes I know" and say to yourself in your head "hahahaha you think I'm agreeing with you" but actually you're not.

Just be all bubbly and happy and helpful and kind and make THEM feel like they're wasting THEIR time by being overly critical.
