have loads of their favourite drinks ready - some which you like too - loads of favourite juice - all batteries charged to the max - go for long walks with JD - you can do it I saw .. drink - vape - go out with JD  sounds like a plan !! |

I am gonna order some this (despite saying the other day I have enough liquids to keep me going for a few months) .. I have just one of those days coming up, I'm thinking of getting some higher nic content juice as I only vape 6mg I'm currently on 18mg ... but the stuff I got from Captainchaos is 24mg .. might save that for the weekend |

So I have a 'Royal' visit this weekend .. mother & father visiting. Love em to bits and all but they do my head in !! All they do is moan about whats on TV, moan about what shops sell, moan about problems with banking and generally moan about anything they can !
Last time I tried giving up BV (before vaping) I'd managed a whole week ! within a few hours of them being here I went up the road to buy stinkies as I was so stressed out !!
I have spare batteries which I will charge ready for Friday night but was wondering if anyone has any tips on dealing with what you know is going to be a stressful time and you know you always smoked more during that time ??
I DO NOT want to revert to stinkies !! I have spare batteries, spare kit and loads of juices .. but other than that and running off and hiding for the weekend I wondered if anyone can offer any useful advice for 'stress times' ??

Liquids arrived today from JJ and CaptainChaos  ... now just waiting on my delivery of the evod tank, spare bits & doobries and another spare battery .. I hope it arrives before the weekend as have an impending 'royal' visit from mother & father and I think I will need as many spares as I can get as they generally do my nut in when they visit and I DO NOT want to revert to stinkies after a month of doing so well Last time I tried giving up had only managed a week BV(before vaping) and within a few hours of them being here I was up the shop buying stinkies LOL Hopefully with my kit and spare kit arriving I will have enough to vape happy all weekend and not revert backwards again !! (that and a few bottles of wine should do the trick lol) |
