Ive had these poly tanks for a while and they seam immune to any tank cracking juices Ive tried so far. Snake oil sent my original (clone) supplied tank foggy in no time. With the fasttech tanks Ive tried : snake oil , spider venom and plenty of citrus juices . zero fogging or cracking

Aint that 1/2 the fun though Mev ? You need bleach , sulfuric mixed about 15 ish % like your tank , nail varnish , acetone and a tub of water. Dye, mask pattern with nail varnish . Dip in bleach , rinse in water , dip in acid, rinse in water. Repeat until dye has gone Re dye (or just leave silver) Seal and then remove nail varnish with acetone

Yes Mev . Ive got a 50/60 liter tank in my garage . That's slightly larger than the 5L set up I have.. lol my latest mod is the first time i've tried Anodising, i've done quite a bit of reading up on it and on topic i've read it's possible to use wax on engraving to mask when anodising, have you tried this method ? I started with a £2.99 tomato tray from wilkos and a car battrey charger. Out grew that quite quickly . Biggest problem you will come across with a small tank (apart from things not fitting in it) is the heat build up . Too warm and the pores get to big and won`t trap dye. Ive never tried wax but prep is the key to good anodising . Too much faffing trying to mask things off generally leads to a poor finish (for me anyway). I prep , scrub with washing up liquid then don`t touch it again and give it a few mins in caustic and a good rinse. Ive done a bit of splash anodising . for that I use nail varnish to mask the dyed bit then strip off the dye I don`t want with bleach and acid baths (don`t mix bleach with acid or you get chloride gas) then re dye with another colour . Works well

I like it all black dalealan . Nice and simple . To add another colour to the letters would be a right pain though masking it all off . Yeah it'd be a nightmare as I've just noticed how intricate the designs are. Don't know why but I think they'd look lovely in brass and wood. I blame Mev Woods nice but brass is nasty . too smelly and dirty . Hate machining the stuff too. Its a right job to clean all the chips up and they end up in your hair , up your nose and in your pants

I refill at around 1/4 of a tank then run that fill down to pretty much nothing . Strip, wash, re wick and start again . I rarely run more than 2 tanks of juice through without a strip wash and re wick .

With the VS you can send it back to the supplier for a replacement battery, I know Greyhaze offer this service Planned for this, I have 5 spare batteries & a soldering iron I had the same thoughts , ordered 2 batteries yesterday . £1.90 each . but ended up at £4.50 each after post . still pretty cheap though

I like the idea of the DNAs and Vaporsharks, but am worried that they are too large in my hand. I vape whilst driving quite a lot, and a cylindrical tube mods sits in my hand quite comfortably; I'm not sure that a box mod will be as easy to use Heres a vapor shark and a 4nine side by side both fitted with kf lites for a size comparison
