Personal Computer Services is not my business, it's my local shop. The owner started selling e-cigs after he started using them.
I asked for him to be added as I have used this map to find "bricks and mortar" shops and thought others might do the same.
I don't know if he is a member of this forum and obviously I can't apply for him as a vendor.
Sorry if this has caused any confusion.
