Also, I am reading a lot about other "vaporizers" IYKWIM, and would welcome any advice/recommendations on that too, but I think not allowed on this forum? You are right kitty778 it is against forum rules & our hosts (proboards) rules. Thanks Chrissie ; understood. Thought it was worth testing the water as I have found such great help so far on this forum, and am preferring the general "vibe" here to other places. Hope no offence/irritation caused.

Why daren;t you explore mechanical mods,.. i think everyone should atleast have one, electronics can go wrong and a mech mod is always a good back up to have, if you dont have any intentions of using something like a kick and want to keep things sleek you can get 14500 mech mods... keep in mind that only a few years back pretty much the only decent VV mod you could get was the Provari, that most people couldnt afford, so most people used mech mods anyway, as long as you dont go doing this sub ohm malarky they are fine ... its once you start doing sub ohms that you need to start gathering more knowledge. I just haven't got my brain fully into gear with the science of it all, despite reading some great and informative posts. Plus it would open up even more shinyitis possibilities, and I already have brain ache! No doubt I won't be able to help myself and will take the plunge eventually, but at this stage (1 week into vaping), I'd prefer to keep it simple (if excessive)!

I spent at least 12 hours yesterday merrily browsing more vaping discussions, general sites and products yesterday, and have been doing the same today. I've now ordered another few clearomisers, drip tips and juices, but am still experiencing a bad case of the shinies, with no sign of its abating any time soon. I truly daren't explore mechanical mods at this stage (or perhaps ever <gasp>!) but I'm itching for an alternative to my itaste vv (I also have an EVOD as a spare/back up). Are there any "in between" non-mechanical mods? Something akin to the to cool fire 2 but that I could use with my existing set up? i.e. no batteries/DIY element? I firmly believe the "addictive" nature of vaping gear and possibilities is majorly helping to distract my attention from cigarettes! Also, I am reading a lot about other "vaporizers" IYKWIM, and would welcome any advice/recommendations on that too, but I think not allowed on this forum?

Do any of you have an ADV? If so which one? Which favourite liquids do you have? I've tried RY4, Vanilla, Menthol, Strong Mint, Gold & Silver, DK4 and Blackjack so far and don't think I've found an ADV amongst them. I do have an ADV but its a mix I make up, Its virginia50% basil's custard 25%black majic 15% and anise 10%. I think its lush. Its a sweetish forest berry flavour with a hint of aniseed, but the 50% Virginia stops it being to sweet. Ill send you a 10ml sample if you like, Ive got loads of it. Just PM me.
I would love to take you up on that very kind offer! PM on its way.

Ive tried for 3 years to find something to stick to, i gave up..lol... I vape grape for most of the day, when i get sick of it i switch to butter mint, then water melon or custard, but for after i have eaten dinner i love cigar, strange as i never smoked one in my 30 years of smoking nor did i smoke menthol but i use it in vaping from time to time.... I would suggest you get a dripper if you are trying out different stuff I still haven't got my head wrapped around the dripper concept... Custard seems a really popular choice - any theories why?

When your e-cigarette isn't in your hand, where does it live?

How safe are these devices in strong sunlight? ...say in a beer garden, for example. Will the metal become too hot to hold? Any danger of tank/liquid damage?

“Is the ingredients of cake and asthma inhalers more dangerois than a bonfire in my mouth?“ Have a look at thisThen google farsalinos, and Clive bates. Between the three, the facts should shut anyone up! Ooh thanks. Exactly the sort of thing I was after!

I have now. But I was genuinely surprised earlier when I realised I hadn't smoked for so many hours!
No doubt I will encounter some naysayers... what do you say to people who lament the dangers of eliquids?
Are there official stats or somesuch?
