Unlucky Stitch.  I lay my coils diagonally across/between the posts, I don't raise them up . . . don't know if that might help you - depending on how you are fitting yours? Touch wood I haven't had a single short, the last time I coiled my Spheroid it was a 2 minute job, how different to the Odysseus which generally takes me an hour and a fair bit of cursing to achieve.  Yeah I've only been doing it diagonally , with the long pole being a hair from shorting on the tube/bell I couldn't see any way possible of lifting the coil above it Anyway shes growing on me after a few stern words were gona give it another shot  |

I would use a length of 2mm wick and at the point of coil I would add a small length of 3mm wick. I would use .2 wire and aim for a 2ohm coil. Cheers mate ill give that a try , with that 2mm piece I'm just going to want it just long enough to reach the filler each side yeah?straight up And how many turns you guess be 2ohm |

Stitch, with the spheroid too much wick becomes a problem, there's nothing stopping you from using 5-6ml of wick at the point of coil but the tails that go up to the filler need to be just long enough to make contact and no more than about 3mm thick but preferably 2mm. Too much wick disrupts airflow as well as inhibits wicking. When you take the time you can set a spheroid up to produce fantastic flavour. That lasso method means that the coil will only be fed from one end, ideally you need to feed the coil from both ends. How would you set it up if you had infront of you .16 and .2 kanthal 1.5 ,2 and 3mm wick |

Ok so does my second master piece resemble your wick and coil ? Mean so there's just a loop one side and nothing the opersite side to touch the filler? And reason I'm getting so confused is I've seen so many pics but can't work out if Say that pictures it in found of me and I put the top on do I want the wick to be touchin the left side as I screw it on or the right side so it's erm .. Going around the center tube Hope that make sence |

Ok guys so I've come back to it I want to stop feeling so upset with it I've sorted the post length and found one of my drip tips lol yup only one but it fits and alls well But I want a bit of help with my wick when I do the lasso wick do I have it long enough to basically be folded to the other side so it loops around te outside of all the filler Like ... Wait for it lol  Or do I have it just going up at a right angle like this lol  Any other suggestions welcome |

Yeh it's to tight for any of my drip tips ,and now I'm getting atomiser short when I screw on the tank bit , looks like its the tallest pole touching the bell ... I'm gona take a different stance on the spheroid here than everyone else and say so far I'm not over the moon with it and I don't think the makers are the gods they are made out to be .. What I mean is for 80quid why should I have to file down the pole so it will work and file my drip tips so they fit I'm slightly pissed off if you can't tell S far I've had 10minutes of use out of it with no drip tip before it cut out with short until I unscrew the tank a turn  |

Just got mine :/ first thoughts though .. 80quid it's delivered in a thin jiffy bag I've got enough filler to attempt one build and I have to wash the damn thing myself
I can't help but think what an anticlimax , it better be like an angel pissin on my god damn tounge :/
