LMFAO....I always wondered why take away coffee cups had printed on them..... "Warning Contents May Be Hot!....& some clothes had warning labels saying....."Do Not Iron Whilst Wearing"
Talk about dangerous....If this guy was anymore stupid he'd have to be watered twice a week !

Just an update for others that might read this thread, I took the plunge & decided to order one yesterday from Matt @m-Vapes (must say...excellent service, ordered at 12.30pm, dispatched by 3pm & delivered the next day by 1pm)..........Its got a 1yr guarantee so "Dr Pepper" (whats the worst that can happen;-)) All I can say is WOW....I hope it keeps performing like it is, brilliant vapour & I can now actually taste the flavour now in the home made juice ive been making :-).......... Im a happy vapour !
Only niggles are some of the ones people have already mentioned.....the tiny screws are stupid......like concrete parachute stupid!, if youve got fat fingers your gonna have a nightmare putting them back in! Few scratches over the touch sensor (which ive turned off & doubt will use) & over the LCD but it is a £65 unit! If it was a £165 unit then I'd be fecked off...& Ive got a stock 1.8ohm nautilus coil but the display was readong 2.0ohms at first & now its reading 1.9ohm.......... which doesnt really bother me. And did I really need to pay the extra & get the 50w one?..(guess its there if i do need it)..Ive found a sweet spot at 11w & its the bees knees, im struggling to put it down! Pbusardo must have been unlucky & if I were him I would have sent it back for a replacement.......no excess glue on mine & the battery cover fits fine ;-) To sum it up.....
(just noticed people saying the screens have a plastic coating on them.....might leave mine on to protect the plastic a bit longer)

Again thanks for all the advice guys, Im glad I joined this forum......god knows what might have happened if I'd started going into this coil building blind! hijack....Ive seen reviews from RiP Trippers before & im sure he's smoking more than VG !!...lol I am used to doing fiddly stuff, infact I quite enjoy the challenge really...(famous last words!...lol) I will try to do a dual coil, but I think ill follow your advice & do a single coil first just to get the hang of it, Ive got a little soldering butane torch Im hoping will do the job of heating the coils, just need to find something to wrap the wire round now. Ive taken the plunge today & ordered an IPV2 from Matt @m-Vapes, done it with a Dr Pepper attitude (Its got a 1 year guarantee...whats the worst that can happen.....lol) Bloody good service from them BTW, ordered it at 12.30pm & they'd dispatched it by 3pm !! As you say it should help with giving me the ohm readings i need if im going to start building coils, Dont panic m8...I wouldnt have tried it on the mech mod, dont want my battery going nuclear! What would you say was the best stuff to use for wicking? Silica wick or the cotton stuff ? I need to start ordering soon as im starting to get a stock pile of aspire coils that need re-coiling!...thanks for that link to The Vape Mesh, damn good prices, think i'll order from there. I was going to ask about different gauge wires but i found this handy bit of info, does it look accurate to you ? Ga...... Ohms/ft./in. @ 68F 24...... 2.04 - 0.17 26...... 3.31 - 0.28 27...... 4.15 - 0.35 28...... 5.27 - 0.44 29...... 6.55 - 0.55 30...... 8.36 - 0.70 32...... 13.1 - 1.09 Im going to hold off for a bit on the Hana mod for a bit, I think I'll see how this IPV2 goes, although I'll prob still get one when I do an order with FT, just so many nice toys on there at bargain prices!...god i could spend loadsa money on there, esp when ive seen some nice Kayfun & Russian 91% clones that would give me some experince in re-building (thats the excuse im using to justify spending the money anyway) Ive got loadsa questions to ask, but I'll space them out, ive only been here 5mins & I dont want people to consider me a royal pain in the arse ;-)

LOL....I wasnt concerned about the coils, just the lack of an extra air hole on the 510 connection, im not a lover of a tight draw & went for this one because it had the extra air hole......but theres only 2 on this one Its ok I can see its genuine

Hi esenses, Got the Protank 3 the other day (thanks).....just a quick question, I noticed on RiP Trippers review he mentioned that the Protank 3 has 3 air holes on the 510 connection & 2 holes on the Protank 2.............the one youve supplied me only has 2 air holes ???......everything else is protank 3, the base, the coils, the box etc.....just this air hole issue is a tad confusing...any ideas ???

"but why would they have 0.95 & 0.9 ? surely theres not much difference" Now Im thinkin do the slightly longer wires have slightly bigger resistance sections ? Or is it just a longer non resistance leg ? The resistance of a wire is determined by it's thickness and it's length. If two wires are the same thickness, but one is longer than the other, the longer wire will have a higher resistance. If two wires are the same length, but one is thinner than the other, the thinner wire will have a higher resistance. Thanks OneDay.....learn something new everyday :-) Dunno if this is a daft question.... how does that apply to this Aspire nautilus coil where one is sat on top of the other ? I presume they use the same thickness wires but one coil is positioned slightly higher meaning its slightly longer ?.....Or is that where this NR-R-NR comes into play & what youve explained only applies to resistance wire like the A1 kanthal hijack mentioned ?

Thanks guys, I did kinda think thats what it could be, but being a bit new I didnt want to chance it, plus I was asking myself "but why would they have 0.95 & 0.9 ? surely theres not much difference" Now Im thinkin do the slightly longer wires have slightly bigger resistance sections ? Or is it just a longer non resistance leg ? hijack...do I not need the nr-r-nr wire for the aspire nautilus coils ? I watched a video on youtube with someone re-coiling the nautilus & they reccomended using the nr-r-nr wire's with a 2mm silica wick ? (not sure how I managed to sit down & listen for 42mins, but some how I did) Would be nice if I could use them, It would make it easier for me being a newbie & all that, & perhaps coz im a lazy shite. I havent ordered the Hana clone yet as I wanted to order some coil wires & silica wick, plus Im still not sure what colour to go for ...thankfully Ive narrowed it down to just black, green, orange, blue or red .:-) Im also tempted to get one of those IPV2's....I get right to the ordering page with CC out & then think about the video reviews ive watched, other peoples comments theyve made, think who would be the best vendor to buy from & wonder who has ones from the first batch that came over still working & then chicken out...lol

Thanks VapingBad, Im desperately needing some help from experinced mod builders ;-) I realised it was gonna to be a nightmare trying to put one in a tube & like you say I'll have to have everything done & put the board in last (making sure all connections are 100% & no exposed wires) The switches will be a big headache!...lol....The other PITA ive got is putting the top on with the 510 mount, it cant be a screw thread or i'll twist the wires screwing it on Its gonna be a struggle i know, I prefer tube mods & secretly I think I wanted the challenge of putting one in a tube (plus I think I like to make things hard for myself..lol) I was gonna go for the cheap FT board first just to see if it worked, then if it fluffs up ive only wasted £15 & not £40, But if from your experince you think the SX board would be better I might take the gamble, where do you get them from? & can I get the 50W one or do you think the smaller ? I done a quick search & only found the 35W one for sale

Wondered if anyone could help, I have a knackered XGun (which as you can see ive dismantled) and i'd like to put a genuine DNA board in it (it should fit if not I might be able to extend the top for a bit more room (just need to find a mech mod thats about 24mm wide for donor parts) .....My problem is the volatge up & down & fire switch, I need to find a button thats no more than 8mm.....Ive found this one but Im not sure if its the kind of switch I need as I obviously dont want one that stays on once its pressed & released (until you press it again) So if anyone has any ideas or see's anything else I could use to make this a reality...I would greatly appreciate it ;-) Thanks

So there is I was in my "new" (to me anyway) car & the grey trim around the wheel arches looked a bit too faded for my liking. Looked online for best stuff to make the trim shine like a shiny thing in shinyville, and what did I use to get the best ever result? No - Not Turtle Wax Trim Shiner, no not Simoniz whatever it's called ..... Smooth Peanut Butter Yeah - seriously - that stuff has brought the wheel arch trims & all around the edges of the car up a real treat, so don't buy the £14.99 bottle of Trim Shine stuff - get a 59p bottle of smooth peanut butter & you're good to go!!! If your on about the grey plastic trim....those shoe shine sponges are brilliant for that.....;-)
