I've got nautilius tank today and seen that simple solution for pin problem. On top of bottom pin there is small spring pushed on what is probably the best solution. Now its matter to find tiny springs to put in our aerotanks.

View of aerotank base before fix Pushed out pin Pin with small o-ring on, i've got it from kayfuns fill hole. Then im putting pin gasket back but from the inside of base And at the end im pushing pin with o-ring back, but also from inside of base This works for me so far. Only because im switching my tanks between few other mods, that problem was really a nnoing. Quick fix for that is to screw out the coil, pull the coil pin a bit out and screw it back in.

Hi everyone. I've just found this thread trying to solve same problem so would like to share my experience with it. The problem is center pin connecting to battery positive. No matter if its authentic tank or clone. Its the connection between coil pin, especially if you using tank on different mods. Some mods have hard positive pin like in evic for example, where this pin is pushed out by the gasket. And there are mods with positive pin pushed out by spring which tend to be softer. When you put your tank on one of the mods with harder pin then it pushes pin on aerotank which is puahing coil pin, and then when you change your aerotank onto mod with softer pin, this one is not pushing aerotank pin strong enough to reach to pin on the coil. Its all about connection between two pins of tank which isn't stiff enough. Ibve solved it by pushing out bottom pin of tank from inside of the base, put additional tiny o-ring on the pin, and puting it back but upside down from the inide of a base. Ask if you need some pictures for better understanding.
