Yes, as I understand it it a product is not available for sale in the USA by then it needs FDA approval before it can be sold, I think this also applies to exports and then would affect us. If they were selling a Mod then I would agree, but the boards could be classed as electronic equipment, but could also depend on whether Evolv needs FDA approval as well, could be worth asking them to confirm either way for International orders. If it is inside a MOD wether it is a microchip or a battery as far as the FDA rules go it is a tobacco product. |

I won't make this month as I am fishing on the Lake Of Menteith with my club. It is the only outing we have for the whole season that is on a Saturday. I was going to bring my new MOD along but Im afraid I will have to wait until August, disappointed. Missing you Andy...but I hope you catch some big uns  I have missed the last two but I won't miss the August one. I know it is only a few hours but I enjoy the meets. |

I can't agree the Firestick would be less, check the links for Amazon and GB I already posted. I do agree Kodi will run on it though. Firestick costs £34.95 at John Lewis and £34.99 at Amazon with free delivery. |
