I to have the mother of all mouth ulcers at the back of my mouth and it is really painful when I put my teeth together or chew, I put it down to a wisdom tooth I've got comeimg through but it looks like It could be vaping, I have been vaping a hell of a lot more over Xmas due to drinking alot more alcohol, also recently when I've been trying to get to sleep as I'm just nodding off this happens and all I can describe it as Is like my heart skips a beat and I forget to breath then gasp and wake up and everthings back to normal, this was happening when I started vaping but it went away after a few week so I didn't bother going to the docs, this is exactly what I thought a wisdom tooth, bongella has nearly got rid of it. And ive been vaping more, even woke with a sore throat boxing day like i used to when smoking. I get palpatations anyway as i have thyroid probs, if it contiunes though you need to just pop to your dr's x |

I am just over a month with no cigarettes and totally agree with getting the Riva kit. I smoked for 29 years and ive found the switch pretty easy, no cravings nothing!

Ive noticed over the last few days ive developed a huge mouth ulcer on the back of my mouth and also I keep getting really bad indigestion, the kind like heartburn but in your back! I know all the extra eating and drinking doesn't help, but I notice it more when I am vaping menthol juices. Is this a coincidence or is it the ecig causing ulcers and indigestion?
I have read mouth ulcers are common after stopping smoking but just wondering if anybody else has had these? I am talking a huge, 1/2 pence size ulcer which is not at all painful!
Oh and guess what? i only went and dropped my keyring in the loo, it fell out of my back pocket! damn! though still got my other!!!

I've had to order some Rhubarb Crumble & Rhubard Custard Flavouring on the strength of your recommendation Josie.  The Christmas Pud/Whiskey combo sounds lush!  oh you will love it, it even smells like rhubarb! on the cognac on at the moment, another successful one and the raspberry one Bel recommended is lush, i could see that being my regular! |

I ♥ rhubarb, yummy. Does it taste like the real thing Josie? *Off to buy some custard* Its identical to rhubarb, really nice! it has just the right amount of tartness/sweetness! and its good for you because its a fruit  Tried my Christmas selection there good too, though I mixed the christmas pud one with some whiskey cream ....heaven! |

port and lemon my mates grandma gave me this, my first alcoholic drink as a kid!
dark Rum and peppermint i get called an old codger when i ask for this, but love it!
Ive not tried my aniseed juice yet though will try it with some black currant!
