Des, you should be able to screw the cap on tight (and quickly) and shouldnt make any difference, What batteries are you using in it because as you said, batteries do vary and see to be upto 5mm difference either way > With the power button and number of presses, it works quite like an ego battery where i also end up seeming to press more times than i need to (or it feels it anyway) First off I'm using a couple of Healthcabin here www.healthcabin.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1082_1124&products_id=8030 which are supposed to be 1200 mAh each (my a*se) fit ok but I don't think are much good, I think one has gone "on the blink" and I've only had them a couple of weeks with light use. It's doing funny things in the charger at the moment I have ordered some new batteries fom TECC which should hopefully be better quality, but 18350's are not so easy to come by. The other 18350 battery that I currently have is one I got with my Mini Argento, it is however about 2 - 3mm longer, too long. I do find with this one that if I try to screw the bottom cap on the LT goes off and cannot be switched on until I have removed the end cap then screwing back on again. Hopefully all these issues should be sorted out when I get the new batteries from TECC. I love it when it's going OK it's a lovely bit of kit, so much so that I might abandon the idea of getting a Provari. I think the issue with not being able to turn it on with it all screwed in must be the device seeing it as like a short or if you put the battery in the wrong way so it stops the unit from working till the issue is resolved

Woohoo, my shiney LT arrived!!! It's very loverly My vapology juices came too but it's not the right order so I'm a bit confuzzled! (nothing new there!) I ordered 2 x 30ml bottles of blackcurrant and received 1 x 30ml blackcurrant, 1 x 30ml blackcurrant and berries and 1 x 30ml fruits of the forest. I don't know if I've received someone else's order in error they're all in the right nic strength that I asked for but different flavours and one 30ml bottle too many lol I've sent an email so I just won't touch any of them until I've confirmed what happening Glad it came through

Just to quote this again:
"To turn the device on/off simply press the power button 5 times. To check the resistance of the atomiser simply press the power button once whilst the device is power, this will then show you the resistance, after a few seconds it will then cycle to a second screen showing you the current voltage the device is set at. To increase/decrease the voltage simply press the + button to increase and - button to decrease.
When you first insert a battery in the device, the unit will flash 3 times, it will now remain in a powered off state untill you press the power button 5 times to turn it on"
This does seem to be an issue alot of people are having at the moment
