FYI, the Mini 503 I received are not the same as the out of stock pair I tried to order.

Thanks Isabel
The headphones I received were "Mini 503". I already had a pair of those and don't use them because they're not loud enough for use at my work.

Hi Isabel. The order number is W1506170516038745
The correct item I received was the Step Drill Bits.

Correction, I just looked at the order on GB. One of the items I received was correct, the other was not. The order was shipped June 24th. So I got one useable item at $15.94 US from a $58.15 US order.

I made an order of 4 items from Gear Best earlier this year. They shipped 2 items, neither of which were what I ordered. Customer Service said the 2 items I ordered were no longer in stock. The 2 items I received were replacements for those 2 items. They also said the other 2 items that were never shipped were in stock and would be shipped.
That was months ago. Nothing has arrived and I just don't buy from Gear Best anymore.

Good job Robby. I was oblivious to the spelling error.
They've had it at that price since at least the 9th of May when I bought it. I find them to be a good company. I hope the spelling correction boosts their sales.

I bought 2 ZNA 30s and an 18650 Kato during their recent sale. One of the ZNAs was perfect and the other has problems with threads. The 510 thread is so poor I could probably push an atty on without turning it.
The Kato is the worst example I've seen. Blemishes on the finish, way too loose threads and a button that didn't work at all. It has a countersink in the button that causes the contact pin to seat too high such that it's never proud of the delrin below.
The ZNAs were dirt cheap so I'm content to keep the crap one for parts. The Kato switch I fixed with a small washer. I can live with the sloppy threads and surface blemishes.
Every vender ships out duds. The reason I won't buy from GB again is their return policy. For the cost of paying for return shipping to China I would have been better off paying a little more up front and bought from a vender that pays for return shipping.

I'd prefer less weight. Something that small is useful for portability. The solid brass takes away from that.
Having said that, I'll be buying one. Side by sides are rare. If you're in to them you can buy almost everything on the market and not feel like you're blowing a hole in your bank account.

Just thinking. Maybe a video from your phone will work the same way.

I've had 3 items that had issues.
Two of them I explained the problem and they asked me to mail it back. They reimbursed me for the postage the day after I uploaded a picture of the postal recipts and refunded the items 2 weeks later.
The third one had a peice missing. They asked me to take a picture of the package then gave me the option to return it or make up the difference for the missing part.
They've been fair and reasonably prompt.
Ask them if photos will do. If so, and your phone is compatible, click the upload image link on their ticket page and you will see a camera option. Take a picture of the item and it will automatically upload to their site.

I made this thread for two reasons. 1/ Point out the sale Focal is having. 2/ Ask if anyone knows how to take advantage of it. If I click on an item from the following page I get the regular price and it doesn't change at checkout. e.focalecig.com/Subject/default.htmlAlso, didn't they used to have a forum? I couldn't find any links to it on their site.
