Excellent, are the mini protanks any good? they look nice but then i think they look massive and will look stupid on an e-go battery, or are they not that different to the standard iclear16 in size? Where is a good place to get iclear single coils at 2ohms plus? or should i just get a dual coil clearomizer because i can only seem to find the replacement dual coils. I was looking to get replacement coils etc from vapescape.co.uk but now it seems they don't stock the single coils or even the dual coils  |

Last night my cheap generic Chinese battery decided to smoke, get REALLY hot on its own then completely die, so I pulled the chip/button out and cut all the battery wires as I didn't want it to start a fire as I was literally just about to get into bed.
What I would like to ask is... I need to upgrade, get a new battery, possibly a whole new kit.
Now I don't want a huge ridiculous mod thing or to develop "shinyitis" as ive seen mentioned a few times on here lol
what would you recommend for someone who wants just a simple "e-pen"? i.e particular brand or clearomizer type
I'm using throw away clearomizers with a wick at 2.4ohms so I don't get a throat hit I would like to stick with this setup UNLESS..
someone can point me in the right direction and explain to me the advantages of having a huge bananas sized metal pipe that does the same thing my little e-go does?
any info would be greatly appreciated  |

This might not mean anything to you yet, but try a clearomizer/coil that has a higher resistance. 2ohms plus give no throat hit whatsoever. Me and the mrs hate the throat hit and she was quite put off until I found out getting a higher resistance eliminates that, no throat hit, no dryness, no catching you off guard and making you look like a fool coughing up your spleen  |

Thanks for the responses people  Got plenty to look through got a few mint ones in mind now for the mrs and even a turkish delight one for me, maybe a few banana flavours too! Does ANYONE have a decent root beer flavour sourced from the UK? Still not found anything I don't mind paying a premium even though the cheaper ones look very good just as long and is a GOOD root beer flavour, looks like I'm gonna have to settle for the sasafrass so far... |

Greetings mindyabiznis Not strictly Root beer but Mrs Lords' SARSAPARILLA is very pleasant - lots of other sweet flavours from there as well! Thanks spiceoflife, i did see sarsaparilla on another website can't remember which, and I do like the flavour and might look into getting some As I understand the traditional root beer flavour comes from wintergreen and sarsaparilla and a few other "secret" root flavours, I'm hoping there's a member here who loves root beer as much as me and just happens to have the holy grail of root beer flavoured e-liquid. **Ooh and anyone that knows of a decent turkish delight flavour that could share with me I would be eternally grateful, i love turkish delight and imagine the flavour would be easy to replicate as its just sweetened rose |

I forgot to add in my first post... Can anyone recommend a decent root beer flavour e-liquid? I had high hopes for the paradisevapeuk version as it was advertised with the a&w root beer can, but am mightily disappointed |

Hi guys nice to be here Am kind of new to vaping and have an e-go ce5 1100mah with just standard throw away wicked (not wick-ed) clearomizers at 2.5ish ohms to avoid any throat hit, neither me or the mrs like the throat hit, at all, it's harsh and irritating. Anyways would like to ask some advice, after trying the cheap e-liquids - (mrs likes only mint/menthol I like the sweet/food flavours) - we have tried the cheap and have moved onto vapescape and im quite fond of Grizwalds liquids currently I can't get enough of Atomic Fusion which I've got 30mls of at 5mg I've just bought a tester of Banoffee Cream which I love so will be ordering a full size bottle in the next month or so and for the mrs I bought her Mega Mint after trying Menthol Sensation - she said it was too eucalyptus flavoured so Mega Mint she's got at the minute. What I would like to ask is... Is there any sweet flavours or sweet flavour specific vendors you can recommend? Can you give me recommendations on spearmint flavours for the mrs? She would LOVE a spearmint polo flavour if anyone can help? Also we've just ordered some samples from paradisevapeuk... Mainly because they have parma violets, root beer and spearmint flavours. After trying them the parma violets tastes like perfume which I know it should but it's just not sweet AT ALL The mrs found the spearmint a bit underflavoured which we are thinking is the case with all mint flavours because mints quite weak without a heavy dose of menthol no? Now... The root beer.. which I was a teensy bit excited about, turned up, looks like tar, smells pretty much like root beer... TASTES like (and this is no exaggeration) burnt toast, outright. That's it just burnt toast absolutely NO root beer taste and when vaped it completely looses any root beer smell in place of the stench of badly burnt toast. Now I'm going to let them steep my usual way - 3-5 evenings of sitting in warm water for 5 minutes followed by 5 minutes of vigorous shaking - repeated 2-3 times each sitting. I find this brings out the flavours pretty quick and makes them nice and smooth without having to wait 2 weeks by which time they're nearly gone especially with the 10mls. Anyways thanks for reading and sorry for the essay, just trying to answer any questions before they come up, i genuinely look forward to your responses Chris |
