Well when you get the time if this helps here is how I do it. First pull a piece of cotton through the coil. Second lay the tails down along the ridge of the deck and cut. Third put on your lower chimney section. Forth adjust your cotton so it is even, cause when turning on the lower chimney section it will move in the direction its turned. Fifth add juice and check for shorts and coil function. Some times I'll put the upper part of the chimney on and take a drag off it just to see about air flow as well. Sixth Kayfun! or in this case Russian91%Fun O.o lol.

I have to rebuild my Russian today which has the same build as a kayfun. I'll post pictures of how I do it.

Thanks for the comments.
letsavit, have you tried putting a rag over the air intake hole and blowing it out? That fixes my gurgling out most times in my Kayfun and Russian 91%. It could also not be enough cotton or wicking material letting to much juice flow into the chamber. It's a fine art to finding just the right amount to wicking a kayfun/russian. Most of the time I just make a 2mm to 2.5mm coil, 8 wraps 26 gauge wire. Then pull my cotton through, cutting the tails just where they lay on the top of the deck right at the top of chimney threads/juice channels.

Not sure about this quad chimney build on a Lancia. It gets HOT, but the flavor is off the charts. I ordered a Kepler under RDA heat sink from FT though, going to see if that helps to cool these types of builds.

Thanks for the comments. Art is my life in a lot of ways. Helps to just sit back, relax and draw on those bad days. Takes your mind off things.
I have done avatar pictures for people in forums if anyone wants something they can't find. I charge for big elaborate stuff, but small icons that are quick I don't. I just enjoy it.
Vaping collection is always growing and that picture is about 3/4 of my mods. I also have ego style atomizers and batteries I don't use anymore. Keep giving them away until they are all gone. Just gave away a Nautilus atomizer and Smok twister battery lol. They loved it. Made a new vapor that day lol.

Hi Will. Are you still on ECF? I found your page, but not much recent stuff. Nice collection of mods there too! Yeah I am on ECF still, but spent more time on VU (Vaping Underground) then anywhere else. Really I've been vaping much longer then I've been active in forums. It's a only in the last year I've really got into online vaping forums. Ellos and nice meeting.

Also am Photoshop nut. Been drawing for well all my life and I've designed a few labels for Juice makers in the states. Southernvapes and some local places. Something I drew not to long ago.

As of now I just build them for myself and a few friends that have asked for them. I've built 20 or so, and still feel I have a lot to learn though. There is always new stuff and ideas popping up. I guess since I do make them I should go ahead and ask for the status. Lol.
Nice to meet you!

I'm Will, from the U.S. Been looking for a good forum about vaping. Got turned onto this one from one of your current members and figured I'd give it a shot. Been liking all of the threads I have looked through. Seems like a very nice community of vapors. Have been into vaping for about 4 years now and have learned a lot about it. I build my own box mods and have or have tried most vaping device on the market, but for some of the most current. I always love helping people new to this game and like to learn myself. Since I do build my own mosfet box mods if anyone ever needs any help just hit me up. I'll even go as far to say if someone can't find something they want in your their area, I would see if I can in mine. I have done a few trades with people for vape gear. Some of my current collection. Forgot to mention that I do drawings and digital art if anyone ever needs anything done or maybe labels for juices made.

Lol so true. I'm getting to the point of not liking FT threads/forum much anymore with how nasty some people can get of some of the most trivial things.

I just got the Infinite CLT V2 and it comes with 2 drip tips both delrin and SS. The CLT V2 Plus went to a lot bigger cyclops air intake and also moved to fixed drip tip like a "chuff" cap.
