Good to see that's going out. Spoke to the venue who spoke to ticket factory, an apparent error so they emailed all the tickets from these back out

Here at UK Vapefest HQ we’re always happy to see the community getting involved in what we do, supporting the event and generally looking to have a seriously good time. As such we’re extremely proud to have on site social spaces for SV, AAEC, Vapepit and POTV. Thank you for helping to make Uk Vapefest something special.

Ticket stock? Not as far as I'm aware. Will look into this on Monday. However, to reiterate... We will have a list of those booked. Bring the email and we can check against it regardless of physical ticket or not.

The email I received and the link it provides are for a printed ticket Postmodern Smoking ukric have you dropped the printed ticket in favour of a virtual ticket and TicketFactory not provide us early birds with the virtual one? (I'm sure it will be OK, but better to ping you now than the week leading up to VF as you will be on site then) Nothing has changed from our side on tickets so I expect them to be the same. Doesn't really matter so long as you have something, email with the ref as we get a list to check against

A few people have asked how we'll identify those camping vs those just visiting and avoid any sneak ins.
So we've made a policy, should be fairly easy to follow
Those who who are not camping, but wish to join friends who are to be sociable
We expect those who wish to do this two categories
Those who are staying in a hotel – Please bring something to show security/stewards that although you are entering the camping area, you’re not stopping the night. Room key, booking confirmation etc etc
Those who live close enough to leave for home – Please bring something showing your home address

According to the VF website (camping section) striker42 : "Arrival is permitted from 4pm on Friday 5th August. Latest Departure is 8pm on Sunday 7th August."I'm also hoping that they'll be flexible for earliest arrival time.... but I don't know ?? Afraid not. We need the time and space to make sure everything is correct so we'll be sticking to that time. Sorry

We take a very liberal view of this. It works thusly.... People who don't cause problems will be welcome, people who do cause problems may be leaving well before 10. Don't worry about it, but also please don't take the pee, if you're camping, pay for camping, if you're not you're welcome to stay, but if you're not gone by about 3am eyebrows are likely to be raised, it's all about being sensible. Remember that ticketing isn't my choice, it's something that has to be done. We'll be able to identify those who are camping by some limited edition apparel, those people will also have the chance to win something special...and will need to present their limited edition apparel to qualify.... more on that later

If this goes ahead I will be keeping a full record of all transaction. Should there be any surplus cash due overestimating postage costs or a reduction in the cost of the T-Shirts I will be handing the surplus over to the vapefest organisers for their chosen charity... Sorry ukric I don't buy that. I know what Shropshire charge for camping, and the use of the facilities. I can understand if sponsorship is down, as the facilities need to be paid for. Someone needs to pay that I understand. Presumably you had sufficient sponsors to cover the camping the previous years. That was good. So why charge this year, unless sponsors are down? Fees for security (of which there will be far more) and hopefully (if charge takings allow) St Johns have to be covered. Also it's a stipulation of the venue that camping is ticketed and paid for this year. Its really that simple.

A tad expensive for a commercial promo. I guess you have fewer sponsors this year. Not really expensive at £5 a night. Event entry - still free Parking - still free If we don't ticket and charge there is no camping at all I'm afraid. Charge will be used to fund security and hopefully St Johns ambulance.

Nope, still 2 days. Just there were only about 20 people camping on Sunday night anyway so pretty pointless to do Sunday night camping as well. So we need to leave the site on Sunday, one night less socialising I have bought a camping ticket, but I am unlikely to come if we keep our cars by our tents for security, I had stuff stolen in 2014, kept it locked in the car 2150 and no problems. I know the incident you refer to and am happy with any rules about cars should not move once in etc, I realise this is a big issue for you guys but attending without camping and camping with out the car are not practical for me. I'll take that on board when we have our discussion. One that hasn't been had as yet as due to the early slip by the venue all of the details have not been sorted out yet.
