Got my ticket, "Vape Fest Camping Ticket (Fri & Sat Evening only)" I guess that means only a one day event this year. Nope, still 2 days. Just there were only about 20 people camping on Sunday night anyway so pretty pointless to do Sunday night camping as well. |

Cheers Rick, no probs with getting a ticket, but can you please confirm that we can have out cars by our tents. I'll review that with the venue manager and answer when we've discussed it. I'm sure you saw one of the exact reasons why we didn't want them by tents last year played out on one of the mornings, stupid people + cars = police |

As an additional note to this...
I'm a vaper too... Saturday is about work, Sunday is the bit where I'll (hopefully) get to go round and actually enjoy it.
To be honest this is my reason for planning it out like this, I want to enjoy it too as do the rest of the committee.

Will those of us who'll be around for the Friday fun but have the sense not to camp be able to get back in on Saturday without too much hassle? By hassle I obviously mean queuing. It would make sense for us to grab milk etc, wouldn't it? Sent from my HTC One_M8 using proboards Depends if you arrive before I make the long walk over to open the gates? This will happen at 9am. |

I believe there is broadband for the vendors? ukric, can you confirm please? If there is, is it secure? Assuming that's the case, then the PDQ machines that we use only need broadband and power to work, so the Vanilla Vapes stand will have the ability to take card payments  There isn't specifically. There is some wireless on site but it will depend where you're based as to whether there is signal. I can't confirm at this stage if it's secure. Vendors who took card/PayPal last year did so through mobile access. There will of course be power. |

Paid for food vendors would go against the conditions of rental unfortunately. You lot don't have to do this, but judging by how long you were there last year in the camping area I would think it a good idea |
