I must admit I'm very disappointed isabel22 , I thought the Chinese culture valued honour, that's what I've always been led to believe, I cant see very much honour in reneging a deal. Anyway here's mine: WW1505041338313064 - states refunded but it hasn't reached Paypal yet so where is it?
edit - Refund has now arrived, no points awarded though Whilst i agree that the decent thing to do would be to honour the deal, no company is going to take a huge loss due to a technical error. This kind of thing happens all the time and most companies deal with it like Gearbest have, by contacting buyers stating terms and conditions and that it was an error. Gearbest didn't post the deal and it was the result of a FB post stating a code that is now invalid but had not been removed by Gearbest. |
