I'm sure others will be along soon with other ideas, but have you thought about mixing your own? It's a bit of an outlay to start with but if there are just a couple of flavours you like start with just two or three concentrates and build up from there. Also, you are pricing in $ does this mean you are based not in the UK? I would try DIY liquids but its hard to get the supplies especially in msia. Any good vendors to recommend? I'd rather just buy it whole in a 120ml bottle if i have to order it online. im thinking about the 'everyday vap juice' that I can order in a larger amount at a lower price

Hey vincy2699, welcome to the forum. Alongside what other people have already said, you are hopefully already on the path to giving up smoking. Some of us, myself included have replaced smoking with vaping rather than trying to give up nicotine completely. Whilst i appreciate that vaping is putting both less toxins and carcinogenic substances into my body i also understand that vaping is not completely safe compared to just breathing air and this is something that you need to understand. Vaping is NOT "completely safe", and anyone that says it is, is either misinformed or a liar. What you will notice as you give up the smokes is the increase in smell and taste, better breathing and the lack of hacking cough in the morning. For me those were good enough reason to use and continue to use vaping to stay off the cigs. Actually *-SARIN-* nothing is "completely safe". You can overdose on plain water and die. Clean air is the exception in most towns and cities what with industrial pollution and traffic fumes. Vaping is a "relatively safe" alternative to smoking and may be safer than many substances we regularly put in to our systems such as alcohol, sugar, salt etc. Yet a lot of these substances, salt for example, are absolutely essential to our wellbeing and indeed, lives. Vaping is pretty much a better alternative to smoking for me at the moment.. Although 'not completely safe' its still safe to say its less harmful than cigarettes Alcohol on the other hand, pretty much does nothing good when consumed. Severe dehydration, liver problems, increased blood pressure, list goes on.. there's also no 'healthier' way to consume alcohol except drink with moderation or quit completely. Drink water and vap on due to my condition I vap in moderation (just in case) until the studies on the risks of vaping proves me otherwise.. We'll see right?

Hi there vincy, I'm new here and an absolute beginner so I have nothing more to add really, just saying welcome and good luck on the road to full recovery. Full recovery at the moment is a bit far fetched, but as far as im concerned my condition is currently ''stable' ...anything besides 'abnormal' im fine dealing with it. thanks for the wishes though.. Im hanging in there!

I've heard a few protank owners use unicoils in their set up. I might look a bit into that later. Recoiling will definitely save some cash in the long run. Though im not quite the guy with steady hands

And certainly not stealth-like vincy2699 - not unless you have spades for hands, but you've discounted that on your intro thread! The iStick or FT variant would be so much of a step up - more control over your power, and MUCH longer between charges. A week and you'll wonder why you haven't got one before! I apologize, the fancy thermal monitor and accu-set technology highly praised by provari must have caught my interests lately. still defintely won't be going into larger or more expensive batteries at this time. Will look more into the iStick as my next battery!

Recently I've been considering a decent upgrade to a Provari and a dual coil set up. Not much, but it's something Doesn't really fall into the affordable category though still dreaming for that day to come though! yes speaking of affordable, iStick would hit the mark perfectly with VVs. Any good dual coils out there?

I'm pleased to see you have introduced yourself vincy2699. Though not quite the introduction everyone has, till today i'm very reluctant to talk about the past. It hurts so bad just bringing up sad memories. but I guess we all move on and learn something from it

Hi vincy2699 and welcome to the forum! Seeing as you are already acquainted with one of our favourite chinese vendors, check out the Smart20 if you stick an Aspire mini Nautilus on top, I can guarantee you'll be a happy vaper. Nice and discreet, great battery life and fully adjustable to suit you I've heard great reviews on the Nautilus and Atlantis. Are they any good as mentioned? quite on the pricey side too

Good result there! Are you still using eGo batteries vincy2699? Something like the iStick would be a great step up, and you would still be absolutely fine using MPT2s - have a look HERE and see what you think Would defintely think it's a great upgrade! Hmm are there more stealth options that would fit perfectly on small palms? Would kinda prefer the smaller form factor

Hello & welcome vincy2699 Have you had a look at the iStick for starters? How easy is it to buy e-cigs & vaping gear in Malaysia? It's rare but there are quite a few vapor shops around here. Which is great when I need to restock on e juice. For some set ups I can get them easily via fast tech or ebay. That's where i got a mini protank 2 at a cheaper price compared to the one sold locally. But I must say, smoking analogs here is defintely an easier option as it is easily bought over the counter at some shops. So, finally decided to get some help online.. joined several UK and US forums (so far i think this is the best and most warm welcome i get, love you guys! )to get latest update and adivse, hope you all can help !

vincy2699- hi and welcome! Thanks for your introduction, and as has already been said we can help you get on the road to a tobacco-free life. You didn't say if you are already vaping, or about to step into the (for you) unknown. Either way, we are here to guide and help you, so if you have any questions ask away. I'll say this before anyone else gets a chance - the forum mantra is "the only stupid question is the one you don't ask!" We've all been where you are now, at the start of a vaping journey, so ask away my friend, and we'll assist Started vaping when a few of my friends suggested it. I was going to get that smoking itch off my back. So initially got a evod and a ego battery as a starter pack. Now im good with my mini protank 2
