Thanks for that Des, However I am still unsure about the difference between a cartomiser and an atomiser. How do I fill either of these things with e-juice, and when the e-juice is 18mgs, --18mgs of what?

Hi, Just joined this forum after reading about it on MSE I've been looking to give up smoking after 40ish years and for the last few weeks have been looking online for the best e-cigarette to suit me. I have never seen such a plethera of things to buy and I am now completely bamboozled by it all!!!  I am a 20ish a day smoker and have been smoking medium strength cigarettes for about the last 20 years. HELP PLEASE I really need to stop. |
