But this is the third time i have listed the items i would like to change the order to.And they replied, yes we have those items in stock,now tell us what items you would like to change your order to.The items i have listed are the items i wish to change to. Hi, Brynglas I asked our CS , maybe there are some misunderstanding . our CS hope you can copy the link of the product or the full nome about the item you want to change . because if you only list one name or the keyword , they can not make sure which item correct you want , they will search so many silimar names . thank you ! I have sent them detailed requests including snipped attachments from your sales pages on two occasions isabel. This morning i received an e-mail saying they will invoice me with the additional charge.The two items i have choosen actually total less than the original item. Which i am not worried about,i was willing to lose the 12 cents difference. I realise there is a language difference but pictures are the same in any language. When/if this problem is rectified i very much doubt i will use Gearbest china again. |
