Hello, I'm Causey. I made something very similar to "Zen" by The Mad Alchemist. I'm confident you could add some basic Dairy flavor to create a milk tone to suit your taste. It isn't perfect mind you, and I know it'll sound strange, but here is my recipe:

Per 30mL -

2mL Cola    1mL Ginger ale    1mL Citrus Punch (Mountain Dew)    1mL Honeysuckle    .5ml Clove    
THIS PART IS IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!                
1mL Cinnamon spice
Please note that it isn't Cinnamon flavor. It's Cinnamon Spice. I personally used TFA flavoring for that one, but to help add the creamy overtones, I'd recommend that you use a Cinnamon Danish Swirl from Capella's.
