I also used to smoke Silk Cut, around 10-12 a day.
If you think about it, the Ego batts would probably last a week based on this usage.
1 tab = 5 minutes. 10 tabs = 50 minutes 50 minutes x 7 = 350 minutes 350 minutes = just under 6 hours.
However, E-cigarettes and smoking silk Cut are 2 completely different things. Just about everyone I know vapes far more than they used to smoke. Probably something to do with the absorption rate of the nicotine, much slower with E-cigs, so more usage required.
The claims made may be true to some extent, but it's still highly misleading. Hands up anyone who can make an Ego/tornado last a week? Make it last a day? I can't even do that - I use 1 Tornado, and half a charge of my other.
If I were to make claims on a website, I can't see anything wrong with just saying 1 battery would get most people through a day, with 1 in reserve just in case. This is more to the truth, even though you're not technically lying.
Why leave yourself wide open to complaints?

Can't have you now Scylla... It was simple - just like me... 101 is binary for 5. So, 101 = 5 volt device clever a thought like. I love the name of it, the 101, it has a deep and meaningful reason for it's name, which escapes me now, but when I read it it made a lot of sense, very clever... *Sulk*... surely you can go back where you used to be and get yer memory refreshed and come back and tell us - I must know! Ian, I don't have to tell you again how I'm looking forward to your new e-ciggie-boxy scylla

Lol Scylla
Well it's not clubbing really, just the bars are open late in town.
I would go clubbing, but we're classed as old farts now (42), me mates don't like the dance music (I love it tho) that's played in clubs, so our bouts of clubbing are only on holidays abroad.

Every single time I go out round the town drinking I often get offered a cigarette from a smoker if I'm standing outside a bar with them. it's usually, aww here man, here you go, have a real one. Like they think it's me who's missing out haha. I'm never even 1% tempted. One night recently me 2 Tornado's ran out on me (thanks to those LR Mega atties I had). So I called it a night and headed off home early. Well, when I say early, it was 2a.m. Normally stay out till 2.30a.m. so I didn't sacrifice much

Splashin out there Ian I may get the 101 someday, I've got that much stuff already, and more coming soon from the Eastmall order, so I'm calling time out for a while I love the name of it, the 101, it has a deep and meaningful reason for it's name, which escapes me now, but when I read it it made a lot of sense, very clever... That clever I've forgot what it was The Tornado Tank is something I know I'd like too, I'm pretty sure it's going to be great, only thing against it is shelf life uncertainty of the atties, and it's price tag, not something I can justify when I can use a carto costing less than a quid. Let us know how ya get on with them, cheers

I took my tornado out last week round the bars, with the Cisco 901 on. What a complete fart on it was. Juice in the mouth, leaking constantly, I thought those days were over In the end, I gave up and chucked a filled carto on, much less aggro. It's working better now, but still running much too hot, can barely get a 3 second drag then it burns. Yet everyone on other forums rave about them

Yeah mate, TW is always a place I shop when the sales are on cos the full price stuff is way too much. I got stocked up on the black label tobacco range in their last sale, and so far it's been great, and I liked their previous Patriot range before it got discontinued, so all in all I do rate their juices highly, but would never pay £19.99 for 1 bottle lol. I got mine in the sale for £8 each, that's more like it

I reckon the atties on the tank are going to be very similar in performance to their standard mega atties. The Tank atty is definitely standard resistance, I read somewhere that they're trying to develop a low resistance but its months away from completion.
I do think the Tank is going to be good, they look to be faff free and from the few reviews, seem to be running well.
But 10.99 for 1 atomiser and a fiver for carts, and for that you may only get a week or so usage.
The only way I'd try it is if they had a sale on.

Thanks for the comments, I do really want to experience a decent 901, as I've had nothing but duds up to now, so good to know the Eastmall ones are doing well, I'll try those for sure.
The only 901s I've tried previously were TW normal 901's - leaky and just terrible to use, no vapour at all. And this Cisco lr901, it runs far too hot, eats the juice, so you gotta keep topping up regular...which leads to excess leakage, which leads to doing me head in lol.

Cheers, i'll add some carts to my order.
i have another question on the LR901s.
The one i'm using now is a nightmare (Cisco 901LR)
It leaks terribly, through the hole at the side.
Does anyone's Eastmall's leak?

Thanks for the info folks, being relatively new to the 901 it's always good to be clued up. And thanks Perpy, I'd like to take you up on your kind cart offer should the LR's arrive without any.
