lol when i ge done ill completey torch up for you ..melt the bugger

hi all ,after my first two contributions by igual and phatfil i had i quick go well i say a quick go put 1 piece in the oven for 2 hours at 250 (max) should have gone brownish ....still the same when it came out , so had a very quick blast with my plumbing torch....first attempt...hmmm burnt black......ohhhh that'll be because it was chrome plated then lol i felt stupid,so grabbed  2 more  samples and went again with torch ..hmm bit to hot nice bit of purple there though last attempt for today ...not bad close to what i was after ,but does lose some colour when handling so i don't know ..perhaps torch it and lacquer it straight away...well after its cooled any way here a couple of pics as promised of my fails and nearly theres
first pic is first attempt on right with chrome ... and then burnt chrome...whoops then org s/s,then a brass effect into purple (like that one ! bet i couldnt do it again)followed lastly by funnily enough the last attempt not bad close to what i was after ,then second pic of the two better pieces...still got some more to play with but its hard judging time with the torch before it goes to far, even harder on different thickness 








ill keeep on try and post more for those interested ...or to to bore the ones that arent ! lol

nop dont know why but can take everything out bar say a drip tip or something equally noxious ans still cant get it ...tell a lie got it once !....but never again..it cant like me lol !

lol i can never get the option of e packet with ft ,no matter what i take of check out ! so i seem to always be on the slow boat
