I've ordered a few times from them banditruss and personally have had no problems so far, all current codes that have been posted in the vendors board HERE have worked for me.

6 orders placed, 3 cancelled by gearbest, 1 i had to chase up after they hadn't shipped after 2 weeks even though the product said ships in 5 days. 2 orders delivered with no hassle out of 6 isn't good. I will only order from them now if either they are the only place with the item i'm after or it's a significantly cheaper deal than other Chinese outlets and only if they have the item in stock.

Twice Gearbest have miss listed mods at the wrong price. Loads leapt in, hoping they were going to get the low price. Then kicked off when it didn't happen. Despite the fact it has happened with UK companies, non ecig related, and the law here doesn't require a business to honour that mistake. I've had no problems. All my purchases untracked have arrived in two to three weeks. However russ, you are either winding us up, or your search button doesn't work. Gearbest have been all over this forum, one of the threads the longest I've seen on here, for weeks.

Ignoring the second fiasco over discount codes which shouldn't have happened so soon after the first and involved a dishonest and poor response from GB, I've had mixed experiences with them.
My pre-ordered Smowell got to me incredibly quickly and was dispatched exactly when they said it would be, but my second order with them took a lot longer to process than they claimed it would and needed some chasing up. I imagine they were taking money for an item they claimed was in stock that they didn't actually have.
They are good when they get things right, but pretty shocking when they don't. An item would have to be a lot cheaper than Focal or Fasttech for me to use them again.

I've ordered a few times off Gearbest , apart from a 'too good to be true' discount code , I havnt had any problems with them, neither have I had any problems with any of the Chinese vendors. Just as long as you remember that as a trade off with getting it cheaper, you will wait longer than from a local uk vendor. After sales may not be as good but then again some after sales service from local vendors is pants as well.

Gearbest are terrible in my experience. I ordered a Goblin from them that was showing in stock on the 24th of march. It was not marked dispatched till the 23rd of April with no apology or explanation for the late dispatch. Still not received it and they keep telling me to be patient and it could be up to 45 working days and if I have not received it by the 23rd of June to let them know. "If you have not received the package for 45 business days( June 23), please contact with us directly. We will offer you the better solution." Whatever that means! The better solution would be not to advertise stuff in stock that they obviously do not have then mess the customer about!
