Isabel can you tell me why iv now received a invoice from gear best for another 11 usd, this needs sorting now because it's getting silly and I do not see why I should pay extra to get the silver serpent just because gearbest was selling the black one in the flash sale when they didn't have enough of them to meet demand, the said item should have been removed from the site. I made the compromise in saying I would be willing to except a silver one even tho I hate silver tanks, if this is not resolved before Friday would it be possible Isabel for you to sort out a FULL refund of all 3 items that I ordered ? Cheers Mark. ps I even paid extra on this order for tracking ( think that was what the extra was anyway ) but I didn't get anything from gearbest for the extra I paid. Hello Mark, I asked the financial depart to check and approve the order,seems they didn't allow that They said that the system cannot meet that, its true that the black one was on flash sale just $18.99 And its also a pity that the stock cannot meet the demands, i am really upset for this. They ask you extra $11, because they thought the sliver one is $29.99 right now. So here is an honest suggestion, you can ask for full refund asap because we are going to on Chinese Spring Festival Or you can get another two items except the RTA and ask refund of RTA. Last, i can send you an black RTA when i am back. Buy from gearbest they say, ye right. I placet a order for 3 items and had no contact from gearbest so I thought I should contact Isabel22 to see what was happening only to be told it was because they didn't have one of my items in stock ( even tho it's still on there site for sale ) Isabel iv contacted you by PM with a compromise on my part ( not happy about it tho ) could you please PM me with what's happening because if I'm not going to get my 3 items it leaves me no option but to request a FULL refund.
