Hi isabel22 , one of several orders I made before xmas (nov 12th) order WW1511111649167340 has still not arrived. Any idea what is happening? Other orders made around this date all arrived before christmas but his one seems to have gone AWOL. I received a faulty Crius recently - order WW1512020626027947 The post holes were not properly drilled. I raised a support ticket. 16010902803 I was offered either a credit $5 or a replacement subject to paying $10 delivery. I asked for a replacement and am now told it is not available. I had an argument with one of your agents on live chat. Basically, he didn't really want to answer my questions so ended the chat session. When I went back on I was given conflicting answers to what he had attemted to give previous. The batteries one from POTV is a great example. I saw that and decided a set of spare batteries was worth the punt. There was a FLASH sale on the 25r batteries which had a lot in stock. Once ordered and paid for the system is still showing "processing". If you don't have items ACTIVELY in stock then don't show on the item page that you have. Ordered on the 7th and still no sign of dispatch. Not a happy bear. Hello, Could you please send me your order number? I am shamed for such a thing, and really embarrassed by the trouble you met. I didn't stand by him or company, but i would to say battery is slow than other items usually cause it use Sweden Post. Dear all friends, I really appreciate that your support and sincerely words. Its true that we still have a lot to improve, and i reported this to leader last week. Then they try to mark the items ETA which are hot sale, we cannot change a lot at the moment. As i said before, the whole program is complex of the site, ecig is one of the departs on www.gearbest.comBut we also noticed that fasttech and other vendors do better than us on stock, thats because they almost focus on ecig. This is not the reason for our some bad respect, but its urge us to change and do better for you. Anyway, i really appreciate all the comments on that thread.
