isabel22 I replied to an email from one of your colleagues and your post on the 11th and have heard nothing further from either of you. I find this disappointing as you have been online since then and answered questions for other people. As you might have missed it, I shall repost my message... I was given the choice of waiting for the LGs, a refund or ordering a different item. As my original order for the LG batteries came to $15.82 and 2 packets of two VTC4s are $15.90, could you please explain why they wouldn't be a suitable replacement? They aren't what I ordered (the extra mah of the LG would have been useful), but I am trying to be reasonable and reach a compromise. I have paid for ten 18650 batteries and I would receive ten 18650s. I am happy to pay the difference, even though it is so small, would it be possible to use the points in my account to cover this? Unfortunately this has become an all too often occurrence, stating ships in 3-5 days when Gearbest have actually no stock in the warehouse. It would appear that the"good deal" is advertised, money is taken then the order is placed with the manufacturer, this really amounts to a pre-sale and misleads the customer. You do a magnificent job for Gearbest and the members here, it's a pity that the company you work for continually let you and the customer down, IMO they really don't deserve nor appreciate just how much you do for them. Hope things improve at Gearbest, but until then I'll shop elsewhere.
BTW. Item still ships in 3-5 days  ! ! ! Anybody still believe in Santa Claus and the tooth fairy ?
Hello friend, I noticed that you cancel the order already. Its true that we have lots of issues recently, because several activities and many business for other depart.
