I ordered an istick 60 as a Christmas present at the beginning of December and I've been on my account today and there's no order on there at all. Thinking it could be me I checked PayPal who paid them on 4/12 and no refund has been issued, I deleted the initial email confirming order having used them before and thinking I could trust them to sort it. Obviously now it's getting close to Christmas Day and according to my account there's no order at all but I accept there might be a reason for this I'm just not sure how to find out what it is. I can't seem to get a way to contact them on my phone so hoping for someone here to know the best/fastest way to resolve this issue. T I A. What tracking do you use? All the ones I looked at either don't recognise the number or say it has left Hong Kong! Have to say not best pleased and will not be ordering again from Gearbest. This is not having a go at you, you try your best to help us out even when it is obviously very difficult for you, we really appreciate your efforts. Might be a waste of time changing your order to Sony VTC4's BrenD , they don't have them in stock either. That's what my cancelled order was for, ships in 3-5 days, I was on day twelve when it was revealed they don't even have any in stock. The 1,000 pieces of 18650's isabel22 states are in stock, are Sammy 25r's again ships in 3-5 days. I ordered four of these on 11th November and they did ship after 13 days on the 24th at least they are on their way and will arrive sometime (I hope). They definitely had some in stock the other day as I've got six that have been dispatched. Or at least I've got a dispatch email for them. Whether or not they'll get more in stock of the VTC4s before the LGs arrive remains to be seen, but a week ago I was told to expect the wait to be another month or so for the choccy browns and that was over a month after I ordered them! I checked the system and found they announced it will be sent to us before the end of this month. So i also hope the item can arrive earlier.
