isabel22 . . . . would it be a help for you to create another thread, ' Gearbest Order Queries ' perhaps? You are allowed 2 threads on the Vendor Board - I'd then be happy to move the most recent posts concerning individual order questions on to it for you. My thinking being it would keep this, your Vendor thread clearer for you to post GB's promotions/deals on and to keep track more easily with specific concerns. What do you think? Over six weeks is still classed as on time. Im still waiting for a goblin I ordered on the 24th of March! I keep getting told to be patient!  Hi tabs604, I found that for you, it wouldn`t work in English, but did in Italian (then translated) I think 17track must have a bug or two Looks like it was stuck in HongKong sorting centre for almost a fortnight  something is defo wrong here. It cant be in a Hong Kong sorting centre for a fortnight as I only placed the order on the 18th 4 days ago?
