isabel22 would you enlighten me for the Vapecige VTbox 200, please? I placed order W1508050203132928 on 05.8 and was #36 on preorders. You took the money from my account on 25.8 and a almost month after that still no dispatch. I'm fed up with empty promises from your company and from incompetent customer service - they think I ordered a "mobile phone and its on high demand" and gave me not related answers even. I think Paypal resolution centre will have a better idea how to deal in such an occasions. I'm eagerly waiting your answer here or PM. isabel22, as I posted earlier, if you had more selection on the EU warehouse I'm sure your sales would rocket. I confess I don't know if that would be difficult, but many vendors here much smaller than Gearbest import vape gear.
