This company really needs to get their act together - this time with a fully priced item.  On 16/03 placed Pre-Order for the IPV v4 they took payment on 10/04 then later they notified me that they had made a mistake and I had the option of cancelling or waiting another week or 2, wished now I had opted for the refund, they said they would also include a gift (Cloupor Mini skin) I had already bought the mod previously with no problems. 12/05 I finally get a shipping notice that says it has finally been sent via NedPost - today I receive small thin parcel ===just the gift - NO IPV v4    W T F Also waiting on another Pre-Order the SMY50w which should have shipped earlier this week So sorry for my late reply, bobw1951. Could you please give me your order number first? I can't know anything of your order with it. Thanks for your cooperation. |

As i said before, we will gradually cancel the discount code and offer the nicest price on the product page. But some brands don't allow us to do that. So we will still have some coupon code for a little part of products.

I totally understand all your disappointment to us.
But i hope you could take a few minutes know to my personal explanation, not as officially.
As you know, Gearbest.com is a one-year-old website, we are growing, and we did made lots of mistake. But we took lessons from them. From last time"KSPEAGB", we decided to cancel all the e-cigs coupon code. We want to provide directly nice price to our customers, but things won't be that easy. Some price are set by our supplier and we need to discuss with them to adjust the shown price on the page. That's why here came this time "Kbox". We just got permission to post directly a nice price of Kbox, but we forgot to cancel the coupon first.
Please do understand we couldn't accept all the order. You can't imagine how many orders are there.
About the customer service, they have large amount of issues to deal with everyday so they need a unified reply to the same problem. Also, they deal with large range of problem, they won't know everything clearly. So it will be more convenient for you to ask me here.
About the refund, all i can say is, we are really speeding it up.
Sorry for our mistakes, we took lessons and we will learn from it. Fully understand some of you leave us. Honestly,we deserve it. But still hope you will come back to us some day when you see our improvement.

Feel so sorry, we messed up AGAIN.
We wanted to provide directly nice price on our product page but a little bit late to cancel the old coupon. It's our fault, we should cancel the code before changing the price on the page.
As there are some complicated steps, also involve many department from cancel the order till refund the money, and more important, there is a large amount of order to deal with, but please do trust me, i will try my best to speed up the process for all of you.
Hope you can understand.
