Hi isabel22 , could you tell us why the Kanger Subtank Mini is IS high in price , especially compared with the other genuine products that have have ? We can get this a lot cheaper here in the UK , even with our overpriced internal shipping we have. Andy Hi, Andy Almost all of our Kanger products, their price are set by our supplier. Because of our error coupon code incident, GB decided to gradually cancel the coupon code system of E-cig devices. It means we will directly provide the best price on the product page. But it will take a few days to finish all the change, so i will post the changed product page everyday here to inform all of you. But there will still have some products that need coupon code because its price is set by our supplier, if you find the price of the product that you want to buy is very high, you can PM or tag me to ask whether this product has coupon code.

isabel22, You have now had 3 days in which to refund my Paypal account with the money you took whilst having no stock to supply, my money that should be instantly refunded. I am pleased that others on here are getting their refunds for the very bad service they received over on the "Sub Tank+ thread" only 2 days after you wrongly took their money. My order for a Goliath order no. WW1504170649254703 still shows processing. Why have you not refunded my money to my Paypal account after 3 days when you stated above that it takes 1~3 days to get back to Paypal? Gearbest do seem to be getting so many things wrong lately. Now is refunded. Sorry for letting you wait for so long.

Stuff saying in stock then saying it's not And customer service is a pain to get a problem sorted? 1. It's our technical bug and our fault without any excuse. And we've took lesson from this fault. I will make a declaration about the abolition of coupon code for e-cig devices later. 2. Some hot devices are in short apply situation, there will have a short interval when we changer the page information. 3. Our customer service sort general customer service issues of all products on our website. if you need any help, feel free to PM or tag me, and please remember to give me the order number so that i can speed the process. isabel22 I had ordered a Goliath from Gearbest but just after the pre-order had finished, on 17th April. I thought it was showing as 3 to 5 days before despatch. I know they have been having problems getting enough stock but they took my money straight away. I messaged them asking when they will be despatching mine and they have apologised for the delay explaining that they have been let down by the manufacturer. They have offered me three choices:- 1) Just to wait until they get them. 2) An exchange for something else. 3) A refund to my Gearbest Wallet?? (I suspect that is a credit note thingy) What they did not offer was a full refund to my Paypal account! I have asked for a full refund to my Paypal account and await their confirmation. They did this to me when I ordered a Goblin from them, again showing despatch in 3 to 5 days but once I had ordered, there was no stock. Gearbest are still showing the Goliath as despatching in 3 to 5 days on their website I am not sure that I will use Gearbest again. Rant over........for now. So sorry for all your inconvenience. We've already updated on the page today because we just back from our Labour Holiday. We will give you full refund to your Paypal account. Hope you can give me your order number so that i can help you to solve it more quickly. And if you choose to refund to GB Wallet, it will only takes less than 3 days, and refund to Paypal, it will takes 3 ~ 7 days because need more procedures before money back to your account. (GB -(1~3 days)- Paypal -(1~3 days) -your account). Hope you can understand.

GB have a Kamry 50W TC Variable Wattage Mini Box Mod Temperature Control VW Mod up today £32 different screen so probably different board to the others. The brand is wrong and we've already changed it. The coupon code of it is "SMY50W", the price would be $44.99
