isabel22 what did you guys do to the ticket system its no longer working or loading, I try to read or make a ticket and it makes me login then refuses to load the page up......I do hope this is just a server error and not some change to wipe away all the in progress tickets .... The first post giving us the heads up about this item was at 4:24pm which would have been 12:24 am China time. isabel22 has stated they don't work at night therefor how could that have been put up as a flash sale at that time ? Had the item not been tagged as "flash sale" then I would have been inclined to think it was a mistake. It's not a Mods V members thread Perpetua , we are only trying to clarify how we treat future situations, especially anything that suddenly becomes a flash sale. I would like to purchase things at the advertised price with a degree of confidence that I would be getting what I had paid for, rather than think is it too cheap, is it really a flash sale, is this a mistake, will this result in a "dear friend" email and a refund ? Probably the biggest let down, is after all the previous situations, Gearbest still have the inability to learn from past mistakes and improve their service. There may have been 7 pages before isabel replied, BUT the original post (NOT by GB) was at 16:20 (China are all in bed), Isabel replied at 02:12 which I would imagine is around the time she starts work for the day, so actually she was pretty damn quick getting here to tell us Agreed Isabel posted as soon as she could my question though was where were all the moderators who say everyone should have known this was a mistake for 10 hours? Can't believe none of them were here inside that 10 hours and if they knew it was obvious mistake why not just make a post saying this is a mistake don't order and then lock the thread rather than just watching people carry on placing orders? Hello, There is nobody work on night here So we found the mistake when we back to company on morning, and asked service center to write to all friends who made order And i am also hurry to reply that thread and explain the reason while many orders made already To be honest, i also think the items shouldn't be ordered while such a mistake price, but its happened.
