Vapour republic in Farnborough, I think they're in the process of getting a new website up and running Vapour republic Nice vape friendly cafe but limited stock Hazy trails in Farnham Hazy trails Vape shop/cafe great to grab a coffee and a vape, a bit pricy for vape kit, someone was buying an iStick 30w and a subtank Nano for about £80 There is also another shop opened in Aldershot called Vape-a-licious, however when I visited, it appeared to be a shop called Skunkworks, the owner claimed they hadn't taken the old sign down yet but they appeared to be selling drug paraphernalia and rumour has it that they sell legal highs, needless to say I made my excuses and left! |

Went caving this weekend down in the Mendips and after a heavy Friday partying, I woke to find I had lost my iStick 50w and Kanger subtank. Now I have no excuse, I packed back ups (iStick 30w & Aspire K1) unfortunately, I forgot to pack the 510 connector. I had other tanks and things in the car from Pay it forward but sadly no coil making kit. The only atty I had that would fit was a Yocan bullet atty. I didn't get on with it at all (sorry carpman1) so what followed was a frantic drive over to Glastonbury to visit 888vapes for a replacement. Who do I happen to meet in there? our very own Roscopecotrain! So........... £30 lighter after purchasing another subtank, I drive back to the caving hut to find it had turned up. Now did I subconsciously forget to bring the connector to give me an excuse to buy more shiny stuff? Who knows........ moral of the story is, ensure you have back ups for your back ups, ensure your back ups are fit for the job (or at least have a decent vape shop nearby) |

I notice some members use an ultrasonic cleaner for their tanks etc...........
Is it worth getting one?

...... And my build caught fire  It was a dual coil Tobh v2.5 clone running on top of an I Stick at about 35w with a resistance of 0.6 ohms. I used Japanese cotton, cut the end closest to the dropper wall quite close to the coil and the other end about 5mm over the edge of the deck and poked the excess into the well. I juiced it up thoroughly then pulsed it (maybe too long) and it caught fire. Once extinguished, it caped pretty good and there was SO MUCH VAPOUR! I like dripping now |

max vg yes, 100% vg nope, i just think vendors use the term 100% vg to make you think its going to be good for clouds and sounds better then 95% vg or 91% vg  anyways sorry just a little thing that grinds on me haha Ah...... I understand..... Very good point, well made! Although the nicotine and flavouring is a VG base, between 5-9% of it is nicotine & flavouring |

I use 100% VG, saying that I have run 70 VG/30 PG from dripdrop through my subtank and it vapes fine, I just prefer the 100% VG
