I doubt you would have any further satisfaction despite being right about contractual obligations, the vendor is in China and may have different cultural or business ethics than that of a vendor based in UK who would honor the offered price. It's a shame they didn't honor the deal, it would be great PR for the company and I wouldn't have had any objections to giving them my business.
As it stands now, I won't be dealing with them

 Got an istick 30w & Kanger subtank mini (clone?) through the post this morning, I needed some more juice as subohming is quite thirsty work so nipped out at lunchtime to see the lovely lairey for a refill. While I was there I picked up a Kanger T3d & spare coils to try and tempt the Mrs into vaping, I have a K1 and a couple of ego twists on order from Fasttech but they are going to be a while before they turn up so thought I'd take a punt on the T3d. Of course I 'had' to try it out with my coffee juice and it vapes really well! Hoping that she gets on with it and forgets that I've spent even more on vape kit |

Is there anything in the AAEC constitution that states "If a forum member posts a link to a deal far too good to be true and that deal goes tits up, then that forum member must provide said deal to forum members at same price"? Should have scrolled to the end of the thread first!
Isn't there something in contract law that states if the vendor and consumer have exchanged money then it's a legally binding contract?
Might be worthwhile going back to them with an email and arguing the case?

Good morning all Just a little feedback for Edge (Pete) Item arrived well packaged and super fast delivery (despite the bank holiday). Came with gizmo's and gadgets I didn't expect (which was a nice surprise), and a lovely note letting me know it's fully charged, what coil is fitted and where to get spares from! I got my first subtank on Thursday after upgrading from kit egos and disposable clearomizers. I switch between MTL and direct depending on how the mood takes me and find the sub tank manages both quite well. I have found though I'm caning a lot of juice. I was on 5-10ml a week, I've done about 20ml since Thursday! lairey, I'll be coming in tomorrow for some more cherry cola! I burned my 0.5 ohm coil out today, is that normal? Admittedly I was burning it for 15 secs to see if my Cloupor mini is likely to burst into flames. I'm pleased to say it isn't but when I took a massive lung vape, all I could taste was burned cotton. On a plus note, I built my first RBA, it's so easy! And has made a massive difference ......... I'm sure there's loads of attys out there I will get on with but for the meantime, the sub gets my vote all day long! |
