Hi Chrissie, thanks for your reply! Unfortunately it's definitely cartomizers I've been looking at, but I'm not sure where it's going wrong I can't use the condom method as I don't have the plastic covers (not sure what the correct terminology is)! I'll try and upload a photo of the inside shortly to see if anyone can work out where I'm being dense!

Hi All, Me again! Just wanted to say that I'm getting on really well with my 510 mini from FreedomVape, absolutely love it. My cartomizers are pretty much empty now I think (producing next to no vapour) so I'd like to refill them. Can anyone advise if this is possible? This is the model I bought - freedomvape.co.uk/shop/article_2002/510-Mini-Starter-Kit.html?shop_param=cid%3D2%26aid%3D2002%26I've had a look at some tutorial videos online, but for some reason the inside of my cartomizers doesn't look like it does in the vids - not sure if I'm just being dense or what, but could definitely use some help! ??? I can prise off the end absolutely fine, and there is a washer underneath - so far, so good. This is the point where I get a bit lost though; there's also a translucent white ring which doesn't look at all like the 'wadding' people describe in their tutorials. I have prised this up too in order to check out what's underneath, but again this doesn't look anything like what I've seen online! Can anyone shed some light please?

Super pleased Chrissie Very different to a normal cigarette but still satisfying, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of vapour produced too! The flavour was a bit strange (supposed to be Marlboro of some description I think) but definitely palatable. Looking forward to trying the strawberry flavour liquid I ordered soon!

Got my 510 mini kit from FreedomVape today, about to give it a try now on a dog walk Very excited! I've put it all together and am good to go. Question though, when I'm not using it should I disassemble it? There were no instructions included so I'm a little confused!

Peachy, re you asking "is flavoured e-liquid just the flavour itself? As opposed to tobacco flavoured with something else I mean." Just wondering if you meant do the non tobacco flavours also contain nicotine? If so, then yes they do Ah what I meant was whether or not the liquids are a simple flavour on their own like apple, or would be apple-flavoured tobacco domesticextremist kindly cleared that one up for me. Thanks for the note on the nicotine content though, also good to know

Crab juice sounds very strange, I think I'll pass on that one haha! I have tried flavoured cigarettes before and really enjoyed them (vanilla and chocolate), so fingers crossed it won't be a problem. Possibly a stupid question but is flavoured e-liquid just the flavour itself? As opposed to tobacco flavoured with something else I mean.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I was also looking at the SD keyring so will check out some more reviews before I make my decision. The discount codes are very helpful too river - A friend of mine calls me Peach, and I love peach-flavoured things haha - I wonder if I can find a peach flavour e-liquid?

Hi All, I've been browsing this forum for a while after finding out about it on MSE and finally decided to join! I've been considering investing in an e-cigarette for some time and thought I'd come and ask for some advice. I'm not an overly heavy smoker (some days I smoke one or none, others up to about 12 lights) but I'm concerned about the health issues and my partner seriously hates it. I do enjoy smoking though, so the e-cigarette seems like a good compromise All the enjoyment with none of the detrimental effects? I don't know why I haven't tried it sooner! Can someone please recommend a decent starter e-cig? I like the idea of a mini, not overly bothered about it looking like an actual cigarette though - just something relatively small and unobtrusive (I have seriously small hands). Length of charge isn't too important to me either as I can only smoke intermittently at work anyway. The 510 mini starter kit on FreedomVape looks good, has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks in advance for any help!
