I'd go for the crown tank, best tank I've had so far.. Puts the subtank too shame, I haven't used thier ni200 coils yet even though one come in the box just the stainless steel coils in tc on my dna200 and it's the best tc vape I've ever had from a tank. Highly recommended although you won't be able to vape it in tc without more ni200 coils with your device.. I've taken it too work after someone else questioned whether it leaks and can confirm it doesn't and I just leave it on its side on the seat next too me.

Putting this as completed as I decided too open it and get some use out of my 18650s.. Sorry anyone who may have been interested.

Personally the best flavour if I'm going for big clouds I've had so far was using a staggered fused clapton in a twisted messes rda , I think that standard claptons a good but nothing compared too the staggered fused in my TM... Although quad claptons in a velocity is a good one too.. I haven't really tested for flavour with different builds back too back, just try different builds untill I find the right one for the atomiser. Im very temped to get some new goodies and try VapingBad 's fav out though.

Another vote for dna200, had mine for about 2months and all is perfect.. Evolv aren't planning on making another chip for a couple of years with the way they've made this and involved the customer in taking ideas and adding them too the chip.. You'd be surprised how much the firmware on this chip has changed since they first released the beta's.. They've got the best customer service I've ever seen when it comes too the chip its self.. Also so far all mods that have had problems (opus & hana mainly, and a few homemade mods) they've either replaced the chip or swapped the mod straight out for a beta too find the problems these companies are creating with their chip. For £120 you can get a hcigar vt200 or a efusion in stores next week and you won't be wasting money on a sigelei just for sigelei too do the same as snowwolf and release a new mod a month later.. Should they have added a usb for updates this may have been a different story but they didn't. DNA 200 FOR THE WIN!!!

If your after a rta peter12 maybe you should get the Steamcrave rdta (basically a dripper with a tank & you can get a velocity deck for ease of building)
As you said goliath v2 or goblin mini.. Billow v2 if you get it right I know this doesn't leak or you could wait and see what the cthulu v2 is like after it gets released?

For a tank as above my crown hasn't leaked but has only been left in my house upright and then my freemax starre pro hasn't leaked and goes too work with me everyday on its side on the seat next too me as I drive all day on its side and has never leaked on me (you can get one for like £12 from gearbest) good if your on a budget? The starre pro I'd say is pretty much on par with the crown.
It all depends what you want from a tank, too rebuild just get an rta they're all pretty simple too rebuild on but if you want a tank with coils with an option of an rba then the deck your building on will be smaller.. Your best option would be the crown or tfv4 kit as these have big coils so the rba will be bigger than the likes of a subtank deck.
